Royale Assagao Resort

Good option to stay here. Nice place with a swimming pool. We rented a flat pool facing and fully furnished 2500/- per day. Ample parking space. Recommend.

Had a great time staying at Royale Assagao Resort. The pool was clean, rooms were very well maintained, had all necessary items. We enjoyed staying here for our Goa trip

The room C-001 a family suite had no hot water facility. First day after many reminders they provided two hot water bucket. The second they just forgot to provide. For House keeping we had to remind them repeatedly to clean the room. The restaurant was being upgraded. To opt for room service the food was exorbitantly priced.

Pls avoid this resort , we went with whole family so we had people of all age group from 9 yrs - 70 yrs for 6 days . Beddings provided had stains on them , telephone in the phone didn't work for 4 days and resort wifi was pointless . We struggled to sleep every night as the dogs kept barking whole night and there was no staff to control them . Restaurant within resort served good food but took more than 40 min for every order and once they messed up our order and served us chicken instead of vegetarian . Staff in resort are not properly trained and don't know how to handle such situation . I will avoid this resort at any cost .

Very bad experience. Local taxi union or this Hotel taxi drivers charging very high Amount taxi charge and also don't Allow other online taxi . Hotel management not Helpful.they openly allow their taxi Taxi union to do anything they like. Security guard also speaks very arrogantly. Don't visit this Resort

Please do not book any rooms with them, They simply uploaded old photos right now property is under highly poor Condition, Room service and entire rooms are in worst i have changed my two rooms in mdnight , They stinks high, room walls are patchy all electric boards are hanging, Most important Never ask any rate for travelling to the taxi person standing outside of property they are so weird and vulger they will charge u double and if u deny them they will never allow goa mile as well to enter the property or they will threat u that u are not allowed to book goa mile once asking to them very horrible experience with them. they don't even have hanger in washroom to hang towel the basic amenties are missing Never ever book room here

Hello, this awareness review is against a property owner in Royale Assagao Resort by the name of Mr Sharad. Basically the property is on lease under his company, Arta group. I had a booking in his property, from 24th December 2024 to 1st Jan 2025. He had taken INR 30000 as advance payment and later on, took INR 93000 as the remaining amount, covering a bill of INR 1,23,000. Generally, when a hotel or resort asks us to pay a specific amount, the tax and GST are included in the amount. During the time of checkout, when I asked for the GST invoice with the hotel stamp, he refused to give those. In fact, de demanded 18% extra money stating that if we needed a GST invoice, we needed to pay extra. This is a total scam, as initially we were told that the total amount of INR 1,23,000 was inclusive of GST. If a hotel refuses to pay a GST invoice with a hotel stamp it is completely illegal. Pathetic service, room door locks were broken, toilet seat broken. We also did not receive the lift card for one room which is necessary for using the lift. Moreover, there is a jungle nearby and if your room windows are open and room lights are on, be prepared to get attacked by a swarn of bees. Even if your windows are closed, bees will be entering through the bathrooms ventilation window. We were not even informed about this issue before. It is much better to stay in a hostel, however, you will get many other good places to stay if you have a budget of INR 1-1.5k per day. Spend less, but never ever deal with Arta group, which leased properties of Royale Assagao Resort. It will be a nightmare trip for you, as it was for us. Attached below are the images for proof. He wanted that INR 93k immediately, only after which checkin was completed. Very rude behaviour overall.

Cute apartments with all the amenities. Very close to Mapusa and Anjuna Beach! Sunaina (host) was really helpful.
