Asagao Residency

The location is pretty good and the villa was also pretty well designed and spacious. However, the service left a lot to be desired. The staff is almost non conspicuous and needs to be called several times for any small requirement. Also, there is a huge lack of communication between the service staff and the owners of the villa/apartments. It's a pity that such a nice property is not being serviced properly.

The staff is laid back, non responsive, lazy ,some are a bit adamant. Huge communication gap between the staff. Please don't keep any valuables in the room or forget them. Almost impossible to recover

Good property but no other services like food provided or they do not have the kitchen, no food outlets nearby,. dependency on Swiggy and zomato is high

We was there for 5 days 24 nov to 29 nov Room , ambiance,room service, watchman, everything was good. We was with our 2 kids Nd we feel something paranormal activity there On 1st day I locked the door 3 time nd teeno baar khud lock open hora tha I saw handle someone was opening bt no body was there Same thing happened with my husband wn he was taking shower he locked the door proper bt still wo apne aap khul gaya At night at 3 am something we heard some sound of plastic like someone is playing with plastic carybag. We checked nd all plastic cover was on the floor which we kept on dining table properly Even my daughter said Koi chacha aaye the nd she cried for 1 hr Nd it was too difficult to calm her down All was so beautiful Bt this is something which we don't know how to forget

I recently stayed at asagao residency from 2-6oct 2024 , and unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations. Firstly, the cleanliness of the space was below standard. Upon arrival, I noticed thats the bathroom was not cleaned, there were dust and dirt in corners, and the bathroom exhaust fan was not working This made me feel uncomfortable during my stay. Additionally, in kitchen bread toaster was not functioning properly. the Wi-Fi was unreliable, the heating didn't work, This was particularly frustrating because I had planned to use these features during my visit. Communication with the host was also a challenge. I reached out regarding there was no one staff present at the time of check in and check out but and we reported the toaster at the day of arrival but the toaster was not repaired or changed during our stay the service of hotel was a challenge for us we ask for extra towel they bring towel in 3 to 4 working hours . the overall experience fell short of what I had hoped for. I would not recommend this property. At the time of check out no one was present our flight was at 6:30 . And when we leave the fined us with the security fees the cut the security amount as the towel was missing from 7 out of 1 . Tell them whats the use or benefit we get from 1 towel out of 7 . And secondly the showed us the the cushion with the blue ink haha tell me what we do in goa with the pen or a ink in hairs . And suddenly we got the the cushion already with the blue inked . We reached at 1.30 2.am on 3 oct and i will attach pic with the cushion check the time on pic . And time . I will not recommend this place .

It's a good place to stay while on a leisure trip. The rooms are decent but due to monsoon and less occupancy there was a slight smell in the rooms. The apartment is quite spacious with all amenities and the staff is helpful too. The common pool area is also well maintained and is a nice spot to chill. A good place to stay near all the popular hotspots like Bawri, Babka, Jamun and more. I would definitely recommend it.

A great place to visit if you just want to chill for a day or two or ten!

Great place. We booked a Villa and was worth every rupee. The service, housekeeping, cleanliness everything was outstanding. Not forgetting the Pool it was so clean that u could look through the water. Property is well maintained.. Not forgetting the great sales and after sales service provided by Sanpreet. The great service provided by Ramprasad during our stay. I would recommend everyone to try this place. They also provide great concierge service provided. At your door step they will arrange a car for rent or a bike if you need it.
