Hi Treebo Management |We had a wonderful 3-night, 4-day stay at Treebo Aquamarine Holiday, Arpora, Goa, and every moment was truly enjoyable.||1. Ambience: The property has a calm and pleasant atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway.||2. Staff: The staff were extremely polite, professional, and always eager to assist. Their hospitality added a personal touch to our stay.||3. Room Service: The room service was excellent. We were assisted promptly at all times, making our stay very comfortable.||4. Swimming Pool: The pool was clean, well-maintained, and ideal for both relaxing and spending quality time.||5. Wi-Fi Connectivity: The internet connectivity was fast and consistent throughout the property, which was very convenient.||6. Buffet Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a great spread and delicious options. Special thanks to Chef Mr. Sanjay for his excellent service and the tasty food he served every morning.||7. Taxi Services: The taxi arrangements made by the hotel were smooth, punctual, and reliable, which made exploring Goa hassle-free.||Overall, Treebo Aquamarine Holiday exceeded our expectations with its warm hospitality and quality service. The staff who makes the entry was very rude at the reception , looked like we were stay for free. The chef Sandip and Sachin was very good and provided hot breakfast as well as the room service attendant who was very helpful. No issue with the place, pool was dirty, security was good at there work. Reception and front office people need to change there behaviour and not keep disturbing guest during check out when it was already adviced and accepted of a late check out and agreed and written on the register.

We booked for 4 nights stay in Jan 2025. There were cockroaches & bed bugs in the room. Changed Room nextcday, same situation. Moved out in 2 days though we had a 4 nights booking. Breakfast is served on terrace. You'll gave company of pigeons & crows. Most unhygienic breakfast area I've ever seen at a hotel. PLEASE AVOID THIS PROPERTY IF YOU DONT WANT TO SPOIL YOUR GOA VACATION.

Rooms are Big and clean as and good for family stay.staff very good . Hotel ambience good. breakfast good. Overall experience is very good.

Good rooms and value for the money need to improve for self cooking in rooms with cooking items... For vegetarians and non alcohalic families

Staying here on 23-24th may 2024 staying with my family. The rooms are good but the service staff is constantly asking for tips, finally I had to tick him off. 2 service boys came at 9.40am to followup for checkout and the manager said it's 10 am. However while booking through the treebo app it shows 11 am. Also no food bills were for dinner was shown or provided. A strong feedback to owner / treebo to upgrade staff and manager quality. In the long run, word of mouth will spoil your property.

We stayed there for 4 days in January 2024 and the experience was not up to the mark. Rooms were full of cockroaches and they serve just one item in breakfast while calling it a "buffet". Please do your research wisely before booking this hotel.
