I took a Non AC room for 2 days on the weekend. 1. Price is very affordable at that location. 2. Owner is a very humble and welcoming person. 3. Room are descent by looks but cleanliness is maintained. 4. Good space for parking two and four wheelers. 5. Rooms like 1 BHK are good for 7-8 people. All of them will get to sleep on bed and blankets. 6. Location on best as it is close to baga and Calangute. 7. Ideal for college groups looking for budget stays. 8. Don't expect too much but if you look from the price point of view. It's a good deal.

The entire experience was a nightmare. I would never stay at this hotel again, and I urge you to take immediate action to address these issues. The owner of hotel is very poor than his property we pay advance for clean properly at time of checking we found reverse and demand for refund but owner don't give refund really very bad experience of hotel and owner also. Really bad experience in this property poor resort and also poor his owner.

The atmosphere in the rooms is unpleasant, making it difficult for guests to achieve restful sleep. Additionally, the washrooms are unclean, the beds are damaged, and there are mosquitoes present. The bedsheets lack hygiene, the television is inoperative, and there are no curtains. Overall, the conditions are unsatisfactory. Furthermore, one of the owners, Sandeep, is particularly astute; once a booking is made, he is unlikely to issue a refund. The hotel staff also exhibit a lack of courtesy.

Very poor services and very negative vibe in Rooms.|Washroom is not clean. Food also Average.|Do not make payments without seeing the room. Swimming Pool is aslo very dirty. |Used bed sheets were given to us|The faucet of the washroom was also broken. Charging point are also not working

The location is great, but the swimming pool was not clean at all. Location is good and easily accessible at pdd hours as well.

Worst hotel in Goa I have been in Goa since 2019 and this is the worst hotel ever. Worst behaving staff, will treat you like shit Worst quality food Worst watchman, kept us waiting out of the gate for an hour. Everything is worse here, dont come

Rooms are ok but not suggest for families staff is not that grate but ok maintenance is not good swimming pool is not so clean and full of bleach If you want to enjoy and drunk with friends for an night it is ok but not for families or who looks for clean environment

The owner is very arugent whenever you reached at hotel he say all limited and he don't give booking advance refund and Very badly communicate with tourist . Don't come here don't book any room and please don't give advance payment
