Great hotel, an excellent place at such a price comfortable room for 3 - 4 pax. The amenities and surrounding maintained pretty well. Only major drawback is the Provision for food and beverage. The restaurant and room service in the hotel are not compatible to the number of rooms in the property. The taste of the food is good, but the time it takes to serve the food makes you lose the appetite to have. Also Location wise it is a little away from the main beaches but the hotel has provisions of vehicle to reach them. Major issue with location no good quality restaurants around. 5 stars for property and amenities 3 stars just for additional services 0 for restaurants service 4star for location and surrounding

It was value for money, very helpful staffs, clean room and campus, ample parking space. Stayed for 3 days with family. Cons- it's little far from beach (Calangute or Baga approx 2.5-3 km) , it will be great if you have own vehicle.

The rooms are very nice. They gave a neat service. The food is also nice. The room was spacious. The bathroom was very neat. The difficult thing was going three floors up in stairs. I request you to bulid a lift. The services was very nice. We can get a very tasty south indian food.

Rooms and services are too good, the only drawback in this hostel is the road is too narrow to reach. At night it was difficult and fearful to travel as the area is too calm and dogs are scary as the hotel is 800m -1 km from the main road.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable and at a reasonable price. The swimming pool is an extra bonus it's large enough to have a proper swim and one of the deeper ones I've seen as well. There is a reasonably priced restaurant in the place as well although I didn't eat there. Would stay again. The only downside was is that it's a bit hard to find

A best choice for south indian food. The food is very tasty They are making with good quality. And they are giving good service.

Last week, we 12 families stayed in twelve rooms. The rooms were very good, and the swimming pool was very well maintained. The hotel manager and staff were very helpful and provided excellent hospitality. We booked twelve rooms offline at a lower price. The staff helped us hire rental cars and scooters. We all enjoyed our stay a lot.
