FabExpress Coco Goa Resort

TV is not working and they deny to repair it, bed bugs in mattress and pillows, very tiny AC not capable to cool room, bedsheet was hell dirty. Everything was very dirty and smelling. Moreover, Breakfast was included in my booking but property deny to provide, dirty towels, room and bed smelling like hell, I visit their kitchen and it was very dirty Puke feeling in kitchen, very poor service, no phone available in room, no room service. Very bad locations, one has to spend plenty of time to find the property, its very far from road and in village. I must say i wasted my money and because of this booking my trip experience was very poor. I will not recommend to anyone to stay here. Total money waste.

The photos we saw on the FABwebsite are for premium rooms, I booked a deluxe room, and the room was not even in the property of the shown images. This was very disappointing, In the website they dint even show the deluxe room building. One more thing after parking my car, there were 2 more cars behind my car, so I had to remove every car like a driver since the "RESORT" has no people who knows to drive. Very disappointing experience

Worst hotel to stay in goa. Pictures are misleading, rooms are very poor and durty. Pool is away from hotel. Hotel owner & his wife both are very rude, they won't even let u talk. No service nothing. They made us to wait for 2 hrs for check in and took 500 rps per day extra to give rooms. This is totally scam.

I have never seen such a poor service and booked by fabhotel I recommend don't book this hotel

Worst services and rooms Rooms allocated weren't decent enough to stay, and when rooms were changed extra money was charged. Waste of money

Rooms are good according to the price.stauff behaviour is also good..but water supply is very irregular,not satisfactory.

Couldn't rate zero star so giving one star, horrible stay, horrible amenities, no drinking water, no TV, no proper service offered, never staying here again.

It was pleasant stay..we stayed here for 6 days with family..very good accommodation and friendly staffs..would highly recommend this place
