J P Resort - A Resort in Arambol, Goa

I recently stayed at JP Resort and had a mixed experience. The food was good with the peaceful ambience and greenery. However, there were notable issues with our room. The locks were defective, which made us feel uneasy about security, and many damage inside the room and there were minor problems in the washroom. The checkout experience was particularly disappointing. We were charged for dinner that we had already paid for in cash the previous night, but the staff had no record of our payment. This led to an unfortunate double payment and added stress to our departure. When we asked to check the CCTV footage they said they will check and send it to us but even after 2 days we still haven't received it. Also now our messages aren't being responded. Overall, while the stay had its positives, these issues certainly detracted from an otherwise enjoyable experience. I hope the management addresses these concerns for future guests.

We had high expectations from this resort and made a pre-booking based on the trust in their services. However, we were quite disappointed with the level of hygiene during our stay. Cleanliness is a basic expectation and plays a huge role in the overall guest experience. It's not just about comfort--it's about health and safety. We hope the management takes this seriously and ensures better standards going forward, as it directly affects the resort's reputation and the trust of future guests.

I stayed at J P Resort in Arambol and liked it. The beach is close, just a few minutes' walk. The room was clean and had a nice balcony with a garden view. The staff was kind and helpful. The swimming pool was clean and good for relaxing. The food was also good. It's a quiet and peaceful place, perfect for rest. Also, the prices are pocket friendly. It has parking space for parking your car if you travel by your own car. Overall, it is a nice budget stay near Arambol Beach.

The check-in process was seamless and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, with all the amenities we could need. We had a very good time at the pool. Breakfast was delicious, and the services were outstanding. Beach was nearby the resort, And Mr. Pankaj has helped us in all ways from arranging bikes to decor at the beach, We had an awesome and memorable stay. Thank you for hosting us...!

Room 110 - Cottage rooms are not maintained well.. We had a frog come into our bathroom ..beds were not firm and were making noise.. Washbasin tap were loose.. Guys managing the service were doing a good job. Rooms on the ground floor are better off.. May be due to seasonal spike in price I did not find it worth

Wonderful place... Good food! Near some awesome beaches... Ashwem is just 20 mins away.. Service is wonderful. Rooms could do better with upkeep. WiFi is unpredictable.. Hence a star away. Very value for money.

Resort was great with cozy rooms and just a 5 min walk to the beach. Food was good.Reasonable pricing.
