Arambol Lake Resort

I stayed at Arambol Lake Resort for a week during Christmas and New Year, and I was extremely disappointed with the experience. For the price they charge (around 7,000 per day), the quality of service and room conditions were abysmal. The rooms are poorly maintained, with dim lighting and patches on the walls, giving off more of a lodge-like vibe than a resort. There was no hot water in the bathroom, and instead, they provided a water heater rod, which is completely unacceptable for the price paid. The wardrobes were broken and couldn't be latched properly. Basic necessities like toiletries, a kettle, and tea bags were missing--something you'd expect at even a mid-range resort. The bedsheets and towels were unhygienic, and the rooms were not cleaned properly. There weren't even drawers to keep valuables. They asked me to operate the TV using my phone, which was frustrating. The owner was rude and seemed completely indifferent to customer experience, focusing only on money. The caretaker lacked basic knowledge about running a resort, and we had to ask for even the simplest of things repeatedly. This property is not at all suitable for families, especially those with kids. They should honestly rename the place "Arambol Lake Lodge" because their services don't justify calling it a resort. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. For the same price, you can find far better accommodations with proper amenities and customer service.

Service was very good. Especially there is a girl Asha, she was absolutely amazing. However, no proper toiletries were given. Lighting in the room was extremely dim. Bathroom door lock broke as soon as we tried opening it the first time and had to get it fixed. We had to wait for hot water whenever we needed it. No coffee or tea sachets or even kettle in the room. I think these are basic necessities that is provided by every resort or lodging. Even the water from the bathroom floor wouldn't drain easily. For the price I have payed, I feel this place is not really worth. It's way too overpriced. Overall it was a below average stay experience for us.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for my stay. The garden was a highlight--beautifully kept, offering a relaxing space to unwind. The food served at the hotel was also quite good. However, one downside was that there was no hot water available for bathing during my stay, which was a bit inconvenient.

To top it all off, the prices were very reasonable, offering excellent value for money. I highly recommend staying here--it's truly a place where you can relax and enjoy a piece of paradise!

The garden was awesome. Well decorated lights, lovely plants & trees , organsied seating arrangements made it worth. We stayed there for 4 days. Our children and family members enjoyed being at garden the most. Scenic view during the sunset cannot be described in few words. Excellent staff service & Owner is down to earth person who is great host.

This Resort provides a unique, nature-filled experience with well-kept cottages and scenic lake views. The beach is nearby on walking distance,and the staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort. Perfect for families and couples alike.
