Beware - This place is a Scam! My experience was incredibly frustrating. It's falsely advertised as a hotel, but it's more like a hostel. We were unexpectedly asked to leave without any clear explanation. The location is in a quiet, isolated residential area, far from the main road, and feels unsafe, especially at night if you're alone. I strongly advise against booking here and recommend reporting it to prevent others from falling into the same trap.

The rooms are quite impressive, especially with the spacious setup of a bedroom, hall, fridge, and kitchen. However, the kitchen lacks utensils, so keep that in mind. The biggest downside is the poor Wi-Fi connection, which barely works, and the location is very remote, leading to little to no mobile signal. If you're planning to work remotely and rely on a good internet connection, this is not the place for you. However, if you're in Goa to explore and just need a place to crash at the end of the day, this room is perfect for that purpose.

I booked 1 bedroom expecting nothing more than a bedroom and bathroom but i was wrong! U get a whole 1 bedroom apartment which includes a kitchen, living room and a huge master bedroom with bathroom. The place is a little remote but still accessable to other places as roads are good. Also helps that it was a quite place and we had a peaceful stay. Only issue is that the reception was missing and u cant park inside the building premises plus the water heater was broken. Other than that if u want to cook ur own food u might have to get a induction as there is no gas or induction access only a empty kitchen top and breakfast bar counter.

Its just an average oyo rooms with large rooms with a kitchen atteched in Aradi Socorro village area. The caretaker/manager was very helpful and welcoming.

Regrettably, the bed sheets reeked of cigarettes , posing a health hazard, especially for families with young children. The nonexistent reception desk and lack of water access added to our inconvenience. To top it off, taxis were scarce in the area. #TravelFail #HealthHazard

Elegant studio apartment is really an amazing place. Just that it is bit interior and there is no public transportation to this place. If you have your personal transportation then this is highly recommended. Quiet place, very well maintained place and it's more bigger than a studio apartment. Rajhul who takes care of this place is very cooperative and make sure that the guests are safe helps in need. He is really good with his guests. If there is any issue with the place, if the owner is Nitesh informed then he will take care of the problem. He is also really good with his guests. This place has a problem only with the parking, as it is not sufficient enough to park the car it should be parked outside. But remember don't come here expecting breakfast. Bookings.com says it has breakfast but there is no breakfast provided. But you can prepare your own breakfast. The kitchen is really big and really nice. Otherwise it is really good and highly recommended.

service manager rahul made the check-in process very smooth. property is exceptionally clean in a lovely, quiet residential neighborhood. most of all, the property is well maintained and meets the goan standards of upkeep.
