Pros: The rooms were decent and the location is very close to airport. Additionally, food tasted really good. Cons:The staff is not very friendly, our room's AC was not working properly, we asked for another room or for fixing the AC but nobody paid attention to this helped us, additionally, to my surprise I didn't get a bill as well from the hotel Also, they might show a picture of swimming pool on the property but it's not functional

Terrible Customer Service - Would NOT Recommend We had a very disappointing experience with Maria Rose Hotel, and it all started with their incredibly poor customer service. When we requested photos of the room they were planning to allocate to us, the receptionist was unbelievably rude and dismissive. Instead of accommodating a simple and reasonable request, they acted as if we were being a nuisance. This lack of transparency and rude behavior left us questioning the quality of the rooms. If the staff cannot even provide basic information courteously, we dreaded to imagine how bad the room or overall experience could have been. As a result, we decided not to show up for the booking altogether. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else. This place clearly doesn't value its customers, and it's just not worth the risk. Edit 1: reply to your reply. I went through the other reviews and got a good idea of the state of your property and your abhorable customer service. I was giving you a chance to show me the true state of your rooms instead and you were snarky and rude. Glad I saved myself the time and never set foot in your establishment. Great that you aren't allowed to get in touch with a customer on their cell phone. Would be even better if you aren't allowed to interact with a customer on this medium as well because you lack basic decency and customer service skills. If you'd spend half the time you spend writing these stupid replies on giving customers a genuine customer service instead, your establishment wouldn't be so poorly rated.

We booked to stay to be close to the airport and because it had a pool. The pool was empty and we were not told. Maintenance was poor. Everything a bit shabby. A bad nights sleep. It was too hot just for the ceiling fan and the A/C was either on cold or off. Remote did not work. They have a generator and the power kept cutting out. The ladies on reception were pleasant and helpful but the manager(?) was not! Cheap but would not stay again.

The room was huge, and staff at reception was kind. The location was too isolated. The closest ATM and supermarket were 3-5 km away. There is no bus stop nearby. On the Google Maps, the direct distance from the airport is 2 km only, but the road distance for the taxi is 6km. Be aware that the taxi price in Goa is very expensive.

Well, I haven't actually been here. But I reserved 2 rooms on MakeMyTrip. Since I am travelling with my wife, mother and infant daughter, I had booked 2 x deluxe rooms. After that I called them up to confirm my booking and made a request. My request was to ensure the deluxe rooms would be adjacent to each other, in case of any requirement at night to take care of our infant daughter. The lady receptionist told me that they cannot make promises on that and can only make a note about it. Therefore I had no choice but to cancel the booking. This was a simple request that could have been fulfilled since I booked the rooms 10 days in advance.

I am currently staying for two nights at the location, would highly recommend this place to anyone coming. One of the safest, convenient and wonderful place to stay. Extremely friendly staff, very helpful and attentive, lovely clean and hygienic rooms, has a lovely balcony as well for a quiet evening cup of tea. The airport is just less than five minutes away, the front office organized us a taxi even for the airport drive. One of the best hotels I have stayed in Goa, would recommend anyone to come and stay here if you want a safe place for yourself and your family and kids, the food is really good, it's only 100INR to the beach which has wonderful restaurants too

Budget hotel near Goa International airport. We just stayed overnight because we landed at night and it was close by. Room they provided was not so good from outside, picture attached. Inside it was clean but it has strong chemical smell. Service is not good.

Called them at 11 : 45 PM asking if they can take a booking for a room. The guy said we don't take offline bookings please make online booking. By the time I booked it was past midnight. So obviously I couldn't put the date of check in as the previous day. So I put the current date. Reached the hotel around 12 30 am. The receptionist denied me check in saying I can't check in now as my check in time would be 2pm in the day. U was sleep deprived exhausted and furious at this but realised it was a system error and my mistake. I pleaded, begged, politely admitted the error and was drained out if energy to argue. Just wanted them to let me in the room so I could sleep till 10 am when I had to leave anyways. The lady Amina who claims to be the boss and ms know it all, put her foot down and said can't help modify the booking made online (technically impossible), else wait till 2pm. I had to check out as I had booked this place just for transit before my onward travel. I told them you have inventory available, no ones coming before your check in time, I will leave max by 10 am, but in no mood to entertain my request, she just left. This has to be a scam by the hotel as Yatra does not have call centre open at midnight. Online booking cancellation made me charge the whole price as cancellation i.e., 2500 down the drain where I spent the whole night on the couch of the hotel with no option to go and in no mood to waste more money. Absolute waste of energy coming here for the shittiest customer service not passing through the reception. Definitely passable
