Silken Sands Hotel

I am giving this feedback only after genuinely experiencing the best service at tree house silken. I stayed there for three nights and I can say this place has a serene environment. Rooms are clean and their staff especially Mr Zaid pathan is undoubtedly helpful and amiable. They are there for you whenever you require anything. I can recommend this place to anyone who is looking for restfulness.

Very friendly and responsive staff, make you feel at home. Infrastructure needs to improve, the quality of air-conditioning, intercom in the rooms etc. Ideal place for a laid back holiday. May not be suitable for demanding guests. The breakfast spread is reasonable. Room tariff is good value for money.

We booked our hotel at Treehouse Nova, Arossim Beach Road. However, due to unavailability of the room, we were sent to Treehouse Silken Sands. Half star less just for this hassle. At the price of around 2K, we got great deal. There were 2 rooms, 1 bed room and another drawing room. Both the rooms were quite spacious and clean. There was a working refrigerator in the room. 4-5 cars can be parked inside the hotel premises. However, it should not be an issue as there is ample space for parking the car just outside the hotel premises. There is small swimming pool which is open from 9AM to 6PM. The staff were very polite and friendly.

ITS A NICE HOTEL. ROOMS ARE NICE AND STAFF ARE GOOD. THE POOL IS SMALL BUT OK FOR SMALL NUMBER OF PERSON AROUND 8 PERSONS. BREAKFAST IS OK NEEDS TO IMPROVE NOT MUCH OPEN SPACE IN THE HOTEL

Pros: Affordable. Good, clean rooms. Swimming pool. Room with huge terrace for smokers. Cons: Bad approach road. Hidden costs. Alternate day room service.

The cost is comparatively high. The locals in the area cater accomodation which is closer to the beach and cost effective. You can have the same enjoyment of Benalium without staying there

Nice Rooms, Clean Pool. A small cute garden. However Kitchen has very less food options.

One of the great place to stay in South Goa with reasonable rates. Staff is very cooperative & supportive.
