HOTEL FAILAKA

Rooms were good, clean and well maintained, owners were nice & well spoken, would recommend to anyone for family and for couples also.

Very very noisy place , not good for Goan vacation. If planning a peaceful trip to Goa then avoid staying here . It's right on busy road noise from passing by vehicals will bother till late night and on that management will start construction work with noisy tools early morning. Very rude owner and staff . Avoid avoid avoid .

The place was cool, had a great vibe. Staff was really helpful. Rooms were top-notch, super clean. Hotel was spick and span. Only bummer was no water in the rooms and no breakfast available since the cafe was closed. But overall, still a decent spot to hang.

Stayed with Edwin and his family for first time in maybe 15 years on our return to Benaulim and were met with the same cheery friendly welcoming smiles .|The room was spotlessly clean with a comfy bed nice bathroom ( hot water on tap ) and roomy balcony.|Room service was available every day if needed and towels toilet paper etc just an ask away as Manuel was always cleaning in the area.|Gardens are beautiful and breakfast was available in them under cover at very reasonable cost.|It will not be 15 years before we return to Benaulim or the Failaka.|Thank you for a terrific stay , and it was lovely to meet the family again. Everything is good, the price is good, quality of rooms considering the price is good. One improvement required. Attendant boys has no manners. Like if the visitor is waiting for something, they are like sitting over the sofas and let the customers to feel uncomfortable by not providing space for sitting. Owner must train the attendants.

Please do not visit this hotel becoz they are understaffed and owner locks the gate in the night like hostel. They don't offer water in the rooms. Secondly there is no provision for breakfast in the morning. Bathrooms geyser doesn't work and pressure of the water in taps are low. The great part there is no service because they have only one staff like superman doing all jobs ....Good for night stay but do not expect any service from the hotel. A family must avoid booking this property becoz we visited in family and have gone crazy..

Really nice place, very clean rooms and nice guys work there

Having stayed here for my first visit to Benualim and enjoyed my stay, I thought I'd stay here again. The price of rooms is very reasonable. The rooms are spacious and clean. Wall mounted TV if needed. The staff are friendly. The owner Edwin is a really nice, polite, friendly and helpful man. The grounds to the hotel are immaculately kept, makes for a nice peaceful place to have morning coffee. The location of the hotel is great. A 20 minute walk to the beach giving plenty of oppotunity to stroll past the shops, catch a bus to Colva which is about a 15 minute ride away. Has I write this review, I am thinking of my next visit to Benualim in December 2018 and the hotel failaka is where I will stay. All in all, an excellent hotel!
