Luxurious, spacious, well stocked and high tech rooms. Extremely comfortable. Huge variety and choices for breakfast if you choose to take it. Best taste and texture I have ever eaten. Every single staff I encountered were polite, friendly, professional and helpful. They really aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Hotel is also directly connected to Wafi with a supermarket inside.

We stayed for 7 nights in a Raffles Club Dubai Skyline room and had a truly enjoyable experience. The early check-in worked perfectly - even though the room wasn't ready yet, our luggage was taken care of, and we were welcomed into the Club Lounge with drinks and snacks. Within minutes, a staff member came by with our room key. That first impression already set the tone for our entire stay: excellent service and great hospitality. The Club Lounge access is highly recommended: breakfast, afternoon tea (2-4 pm), and evening canapes with drinks (6-8 pm) are all included and of very high quality. The breakfast buffet offered a great mix of Middle Eastern and international items - with a surprisingly wide selection of cold cuts and high-quality cheese for European guests, which we appreciated. We also dined three times at Solo - the hotel's Italian restaurant as part of our half-board plan (2 courses included) - every meal was excellent. The pool area was quiet and relaxing, and the spa massage was truly exceptional - expensive, but worth it. The beauty salon (shaving, facial, manicure, etc.) was okay, though not as impressive compared to the massage or other 5-star hotel salons we've visited before. The only real downside was the minibar: there was no clear printed price list, only a QR code that we couldn't locate. We assumed that canned water would be complimentary - and were shocked at checkout to find over EU150 in minibar charges just for water and soft drinks. Unfortunately, despite raising the issue, no discount or goodwill gesture was offered. This felt inflexible, especially since we had spent quite a bit on additional hotel services (spa, poolside drinks, etc.).

Great stay! A true luxury hotel that doesn't break the bank. Everything was wonderful from the awesome breakfast to the Club Lounge experience every evening. The smiling staff was ready to fulfill all of your requests. The spacious, comfortable suite was complete with coffeemaker, tea, minibar and outdoor seating. Really want to do it again next year!

We had the most beautiful stay at Raffles. The hotel is superb. Every last detail is taken care of but what makes it most special is the wonderful staff. Every member of staff, from front of house to housekeeping, were friendly, helpful and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Taxis are available 24/7 straight outside the hotel which made getting around super easy. All drivers are polite, honest and helpful. The hotel is located just a few minutes walk to the stunning parks and creek. Some very special, lasting memories were made here.

The best hotel I have ever stayed in The housekeeping and restaurant staff are amazing and they are eager to serve you and make you feel comfortable and special. many thanks to them. Even the staff in the front door and guards, are always smiling and greetings the guests to let you feel welcome and give positive vibes. Food menu is diverse and reach with delicious varieties.

The staff are very welcoming and friendly, i had prepared a birthday surprise for my husband and Amira helped with everything and assisted up to what i required. The hotel upgraded our room which we really appreciated. The service was excellent above exceptional standards, we'll definitely be back again to the hotel. Compared to other hotels i have stayed in they are the best.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Raffles for three days, and I genuinely wish I could have extended my stay. The highlight of my experience was, without a doubt, the exceptional service provided by the staff. I had access to the Executive Lounge, which surpassed all expectations--it's truly the finest lounge experience I've encountered. The food was outstanding, and the atmosphere was both elegant and welcoming. A special thank you to Donna, whose warm welcome every time you stepped in the lounge, she's taking time to engage to the guest. The attention to detail made my stay unforgettable. The Hotel and Staff were fantastic, they were friendly helpful and courteous at all times. The standard of the property and the food was very good, and they were extremely attentive towards us. The location was close to the current Airport and away from the main areas but easily accessible by taxi, and Taxis were low cost. We would recommend this hotel i can not think of a reason you would be disappointed.
