Absolutely wonderful venue! Great location near the water and some of the best service I have encountered in almost 10 years of being in Dubai. We celebrated a birthday there at the Sunday brunch and everything was perfect. The staff helped us blow up some balloons to make the atmosphere even more special. Will definitely be going back!

Amazing place for best Italian food ! Best brunch every Saturday and Sunday service was perfect, even the restaurant was fully booked , Mohamed was always there for anything we needed. The selection of pasta was excellent! And the dessert selection was best of what Italy has to offer ! Definitely worth to try

The service is so bad. The food is tasty, but the portions are small for the price. It's not worth coming back. (P.S. didn't try the pizza, which is only available on the second floor) *After the F&B Guest Relations Manager responded to my review, I'm updating my post so I can respond to her directly. However, my original review still stands. I'd like to thank Ms. Makki for taking the time to respond to my review. Since several of us had expressed concerns after our initial visit (we were 5pp), one of our group members was contacted by her and was offered a complimentary Sunday buffet experience, including food and two drinks. Three of us attended. We were seated at the far end of the venue and were told the buffet would be set up nearby, but this didn't happen. Instead, the buffet was placed on a more distant table. A waiter eventually passed by, and we requested three drinks--one for each of us. The first drinks were not good (gin basil) but the next ones were much better, i guess a different bartender prepared them. We also asked if we could move to a closer table, and he agreed, so we relocated to a more central spot. We stayed from around 9 p.m. until 11 p.m. because the music was really nice, yet not once during that time did any staff member, Ms. Makki, or a manager check in on us to see if we needed anything or if everything was satisfactory. Considering we were invited back to give the place a second chance after a disappointing first visit, we expected a better experience. Unfortunately, the service was even more underwhelming this time. The buffet itself wasn't bad, and we did get to try the pizza this time--it was cold but not terrible. (P.S. The toilet was sadly dirty.) I'm not writing this to get more free invites; my only aim is to share an honest review in the hope that the service might improve for future guests. Hoping your team can turn things around.

Bussola is a standout Italian restaurant in Dubai! The dishes are not only beautifully presented but also crafted with such care to highlight the best flavors in every bite. Bussola at The Westin is an outstanding choice for Italian dining. The atmosphere is inviting, with a scenic terrace overlooking the pool that enhances the experience. The food is excellent, and their Sunday brunch is a must-try--offering a wide selection at a fixed, affordable price that makes it a great value. A perfect spot for both casual gatherings and special occasions.

Lovely ambiance and wonderful service for a Valentines dinner. Food looked lovely but tasted below average. Returned chewy octopus although staff were so nice and offered a replacement. The prawns tartar was too sweet and watery. The Gnocchi pasta was just ok and looked nice. The Mullet main course was good but too rich. The desert looked fabulous but was just a little cake with loads of well shaped cream. Emphasis was on appearance and not taste. Overall food quality for all the courses was well below what we used to expect from Bussola. At AED 800+ we were better off with the usual amazing pizzas, some starters and quality drinks.

We had a team dinner at Bussola (round about 100 people). Fantastic place. Despite our numbers - everything went smooth; food was exceptional and so is the location inside the Westin.

This restaurant, located right by the beach inside The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina, was a total surprise and turned out to be one of the best dining experiences we've had in Dubai. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was inviting, with a perfect blend of modern style and coastal charm. * And let's talk about the service, Gopal and Jesus were so kind to us. Both were attentive, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about making our meal special. Gopal had great recommendations for our choices, and Jesus made sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. Their attention to detail made the whole experience feel personalized. * The starter was Beef Carpaccio (128 AED), and the mains were Risotto Saffron (120 AED) and Cavatelli Lamb Ragout (110 AED). Every dish was a masterpiece, full of bold, fresh flavors that felt both traditional and innovative at the same time. The risotto, let's just say I could eat it every day!!!
