One&Only One Za'abeel

I stayed at One&Only One Za'abeel for 3 nights and was initially very impressed. The hotel is undeniably luxurious with stunning architecture, amazing views, delicious food, and a good breakfast spread. Its location is excellent--just a simple zebra crossing away from the World Trade Centre, which made attending my event very convenient. However, my departure experience left a bitter aftertaste. I had an event to attend at WTC and left my luggage at the reception, clearly instructing the staff to take good care of it as it contained expensive items. To my shock, when I returned, I found my luggage kept outside the hotel building, in the non-air-conditioned area outside lobby entrance. The intense heat completely ruined some items, including chocolates. I was deeply annoyed and disappointed seeing my luggage kept outside, but couldn't file a formal complaint as I had to rush to catch my flight. Another concern was the lack of guest independence which i faced during my stay. While attentive service is appreciated, this felt like over-surveillance. The moment you move around the property, staff frequently approach and ask where you're going and are if you staying here with room no. It made the experience feel intrusive rather than luxurious and sonetimes annoying. I had truly planned to write a glowing review after my stay, but this overall experience completely overshadowed the positives. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these concerns to offer a more inclusive and respectful experience and also handle the customer baggage with care.

I always looked at this plaace when I would pass by. Ever since I saw it being built, I was curious. What an amazing place. From the moment you walk in, the experience is 5 star. The food is amazing, especially breakfast. The pool amd kids club areas are perfect and well designed. The hospitality is the best I have had. You are made to feel so welcome and taken care of. You can truly relax here. The whatsapp concierge is also very handy and always follows through. Housekeeping is something that can go unnoticed in hotels, as it should be understated and subtle. However I must put a special word here for Shohag from housekeeping. He saw we had packed short of a few necessities for our daughter, and turned up later with everything we needed. From a sunhat to pool flip flops and slippers, what amazing service and special thought he put in. Overall, this hotel really brings back what Dubai is known for, an amazing hospitality experience and high class luxury on a world class level.

Our experience at the private lounge breakfast restaurant that comes with the suites during our 10-day stay was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in each morning, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. Roma and Ali went above and beyond--not only were they attentive to every detail, but they also anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Their kindness, professionalism, and welcoming nature made each morning a pleasure, setting the perfect tone for the day ahead. Beyond their impeccable service, Roma and Ali truly made us feel at home. They remembered our preferences, engaged with us in the most thoughtful ways, and created an atmosphere that was both seamless and inviting. Their dedication and work ethic are undeniable, and it is clear that they are the heart of this establishment. If anyone deserves recognition and advancement, it is Roma and Ali--they are a true asset to the hotel. We cannot recommend this experience highly enough and look forward to returning in the future. In addition our host was great and helped us unpack when we arrived after a 15 hour trip at 2am. We enjoyed chatting with her and learning about the area Thank you also to housekeeping did an incredible job cleaning and organizing our room for us the pleasure to stay at this hotel with ours, and I give kudos to the hiring management teams.

I enjoyed staying here overall because the vibes are great and they have some cool touches like a valet door in the room so your luggage and laundry can be delivered without access into your personal space. I also love that they provide floss. The AC would not cool down as much as I like and the water pressure in the shower was not ideal. I also dislike having to take 2/3 elevators to get to my room. Although it wasn't busy we were given a room with just an ok view so that was disappointing. The highlight was the staff at the executive breakfast area who were so sweet and helpful. The eggs were locally sourced and so delicious.

Views & Elevators: A Sky-High Dream Perched high above the city, the panoramic views from nearly every angle of the hotel are simply awe-inspiring. Watching the Dubai skyline come alive from such a vantage point is an experience in itself. And while the hotel is vertically expansive, switching elevators was never an inconvenience. In fact, we rarely had to wait, and most of the time we had the elevators entirely to ourselves--another small detail that made a big difference. Breakfast: A Culinary Celebration The breakfast at One&Only Za'abeel deserves its own spotlight. It's not just a meal--it's a celebration of flavor, quality, and variety. From the exquisite presentation to the world-class selection, every bite was a reminder that this hotel operates at the very peak of luxury. Every morning felt like a five-star culinary journey, perfectly orchestrated and made even more special thanks to Ezz El Deen's impeccable service. Final Thoughts: Truly One&Only This hotel does more than live up to its name--it redefines it. One&Only Za'abeel is the embodiment of modern luxury, where every aspect of the guest experience is elevated to perfection. Just had the most wonderful stay, it was absolute ultra luxury. I would highly recommend this amazing hotel. Too fabulous to describe and the staff are 1st class and nothing is too much trouble. The concierge service is exceptional.

We had a truly wonderful tour with the lovely Damali - she was warm, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience unforgettable. We also enjoyed an incredible meal at the Indonesian restaurant by the Garden pool where we were so well looked after by the lovely Lia. The food was absolutely delicious - full of flavour and beautifully presented. The hotel itself was beautiful, and although we didn't stay there, the service we experienced during our visit was exceptional. Highly recommend!
