Fairmont Dubai

I had the pleasure of visiting Fairmont Hotel with my friends during Eid, and it was truly a fantastic experience. The time we spent there was amazing, and everything--from the atmosphere to the service--was exceptional.||A special mention goes to the valet parking staff. Their professionalism and positive attitude really stood out. I'd also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to *Attiq* for always being helpful and for his great kindness. Your support truly made our visit more enjoyable.||I hope to return soon, this time with my family, to enjoy the hospitality of Fairmont once again. I had a amazing stay at Fairmont Dubai. We enjoy our stay. Rooms were outstanding with breath taking view. Delicious breakfast. Friendly staffs. Among them Mr Bikash and Mr Pradeep from concierge and Mr Bishal from from security was top. Their service was unforgettable. I lost my head set but able to find it out easily. Super happy with this hotel and staffs.

A mixed bag when it came to our stay at the Fairmont. Of course the hotel was of a great standard as you'd expect but lots of things could be better too. We stayed in the Fairmont suite which had a main bedroom and separate living room - lots of space considering we had our 1yr old with us. They also provided a cot with an additional mattress in it as requested which was great. The main bed however wasn't so comfortable, duvet was thin and not nice. The air conditioning was one which blasts on to lower the temp and then switches off rather than constantly keep the temp regulated. The bathroom was not great as the shower would always leak (no matter how much you try to keep the door closed), and the waterfall shower option was terrible. Breakfast was quite good, maybe a little more selection would be nice but the service was impeccable and the staff at breakfast did a lot to help us with our baby. Check in staff weren't that friendly which isn't what you want after a long flight. The hotel can be noisy especially at weekends with music coming from somewhere. Room service (for food) can sometimes take far too long but the hotel are great and cleaning the room whenever you want. Lastly, the car drop off area is a nightmare with valet parking causing traffic jams. Overall, considering it's the Fairmont and what you pay for it, was not so impressed.

I would like to thank all the staff -- such pleasant and noble people. A special thank you goes to Satish. He was incredibly attentive to every detail and carried out his duties perfectly. It's the first time I've seen such a dedicated and meticulous employee. Thanks to him, our stay at the hotel was much more enjoyable and comfortable. A big thank you to the hotel management as well for selecting such a professional and qualified team. Thank you all -- we love you and will miss you!

The hotel facilities and rooms are upgraded with great amenities. I was there for a business trip and giving seminars at the hotel's meeting rooms. They were able to provide great food and drinks services everyday with above expectations. I was able to experience their buffet breakfast and lunch services at ground level restaurant. Their delicious food and great service from friendly staff was provided as everyday. One of their staff member, Satish, was able to help us everyday with friendly and fast service.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The management kindly accommodated our early check-in request and also upgraded to suite room. The hotel's location is unbeatable, with a short walk to the Metro Station and several popular attractions nearby. The breakfast and food options were delicious, and the staff were incredibly polite and attentive. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with the hotel's excellent service and amenities. Highly recommended!"
