From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. We were warmly greeted and guided to our luxurious and spacious room on the 15th floor, where we enjoyed a stunning view of Dubai every day. What a wonderful place to stay! Every morning, we looked forward to the generous and varied breakfast, and in the evenings, we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and diverse dinner buffet. The quality and taste of the food were truly excellent. What stood out to us most was how friendly and helpful the staff were. You truly do everything to make your guests feel special -- and you certainly succeeded. We felt genuinely cared for. We would also like to compliment the housekeeping team: discreet yet highly thorough. Our room was perfectly cleaned every day, with sparkling white towels, comfortable bathrobes, and slippers. The entire hotel felt fresh, clean, and well-maintained. A special thank you as well to the staff at the pool area. They were always very attentive, friendly, and ready to help -- it really enhanced our relaxing time by the pool. We look back on this vacation with great joy and want to thank your entire team for the hospitality, outstanding service, and welcoming atmosphere. We sincerely hope to return in the future!

We had a generally good experience during our holiday stay at the Grand Hyatt Dubai. The hotel is elegant, well-maintained, and offers a comfortable environment for relaxation. However, there were a few downsides that impacted our overall impression. The food selection, though decent, felt monotonous and could definitely benefit from more variety and creativity. Despite being a group booking, the hotel was quite rigid with its policies, which felt inflexible at times. One of the more uncomfortable moments was after checkout -- while waiting in the lobby, we felt as though we had overstayed our welcome. The staff seemed to be constantly watching and circling around us, which made us uneasy. Additionally, our repeated requests for feedback on room service issues went unanswered, showing a lack of responsiveness that was disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. Overall, while the facilities and stay were pleasant, the service and hospitality could be more attentive and accommodating.

I came here for Suhoor in Ramadan and the ambiance was so lovely. It wasnt too loud and felt really calm. The venue is lit up beautifully with lights on the ceiling. The food was good too. Definitely get the shisha. The service was amazing, i even cut my finger and security bought me a plaster and made sure i was ok. Lovely evening thank you

From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. It was my first time visiting this hotel, and I found it to be quite large. The management team was excellent and very cooperative. One of the best things was the parking space -- it was very big and well-organized. I was impressed to see that parking for guests during the event was completely free. Now talking about the food -- the taste was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of dishes available. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience.

LOVE THE AMBIENCE AND THE LOCATION. the staff is so sweet and lovely. the food is always on point and the lobby has this amazing smell that literally makes you feel like you are walking into a forest. The rooms are huge and spacious. The Buffet gets a little crowded during peak hours but the staff knows how to manage the guests. Worth the money for sure 10/10 experience.
