We booked this hotel via etihad holidays and will base our review on our experience and bot our expectations as unfortunately we booked as an all inclusive basis and I don't think this is the type of hotel that offer "all inclusive" like resorts in other countries. We found it was a stay cation type hotel and those who were on holiday from abroad only stayed 3 or 4 night and stayed more central. When we checked in staff were suprised that we were staying for wwks now we understand why all inclusive ment a choice of selective meals for lunch which was the same for every day then buffet for dinner. The sky lounge was closed so you ate "a la cart" in the main dinning room which was quiet at lunch times the "snacks" at the pool were the same as the a la cart menu. Pool bar wasn't tended to all the time a few time people were stood waiting to order a drink, if drinking alcohol they have to go in the the restaurant area to get your drink so would take 15-20mins. If booking via etihad they say this hotel give you a free refillable bottle that will give you unlimited drinks at the theme parks but this isnt something they actually offer you need to buy a bottle like everyone else then unlimited refills then next day you gave to pay again to reactive. Etihad seemed to miss sell us a holiday that wasn't what it seemed however I can say the hotel and staff tried there best to make our stay fabulous I would highly recommend this hotel but not under all inclusive option. The restaurant managers were so friendly and welcoming, my daughter absolutely loved the hotel so much for her to do and easy access to the theme parks. She especially made a good friendship with ram who watches the children in the play area of reception. Daily activities daily character meets, fab rooms and details through out the hotel. On reflection though I wished we did a few days here to visit the parks then finished our stay at riu dubai hotel as they offer a much better all inclusive and not restricted to a set menu of a choice of 8 meals same options at legoland and legoland waterpark too. Overall we did enjoy our stay just food options were a let down especially when paying PS7000 for a holiday. We also felt embarrassed having to hand in "meal vouchers" when going for food like we were given government free meals like we were poor . Each day handing in vouchers to eat food this is the first time at an all inclusive we have ever done this we usually go to any bar or restaurant in a resort sit down order food and drink what ever we want we pay a lot more than bed and breakfast guests and we felt like we were poor handing in voucher to be allowed to eat rather embarrassing for someone who paid so much for a holiday

Rooms are well decorated and follow the lego theme really well. However, rooms are not very clean. The shower stinks and the room has a lingering damp smell and mouldy smell. The food at the Bricks restaurant is largely mass produced and its acceptable but nothing amazing. desserts however were fantastic. pool safety was brilliant with vigilant life guards rotated often to ensure they are not bored. safety of our kids was really commendable as there are so many child minders watching and they are really good with the kids too. I wish they paid the same level of attention to the cleanliness in the rooms specifically the bathrooms. there is also a really nasty smell outside. overall a great experience for kids but not really for parents who like things to be clean.
Our stay was amazing! We booked 3 nights with breakfast only through alMosafer. Since it was a 3-night stay, we got free access to the four nearby parks - Lego Theme Park, Lego Water Park, Motiongate, and Real Madrid World, which was a great deal. The hotel is kind of far from other attractions, so if you're staying there, it's best to stick to the nearby parks. There's an outlet mall just 4 minutes away by car - it has some shops, restaurants, and cafes. The hotel itself was really nice, and the staff were super friendly. I especially want to thank the man in charge of the "Pick a Brick to Win" game - I think his name was Jihad. He was so kind and made us feel like we were the only guests there! There's a daily schedule of kids' activities at the hotel, but we didn't try any since we were out at the parks most of the time. Right next to the hotel is an area called The Revere Island, with lots of restaurants and cafes - great for a walk if the weather's nice. I took one star off because of the food. It wasn't bad, just not great. The cheese and cornflakes weren't the best quality, and there were no fresh juices either. Overall, I think it was good value for what we paid. My kids had a blast at the water park, the Lego Theme Park was amazing, and Motiongate was really fun too. We didn't get a chance to visit Real Madrid World. I recommend this hotel for families with kids
We had a really great stay for my 2 year old son's birthday. Staff are very friendly, hotel design is wonderful for little kids, rooms are fun and the lobby is just brilliant. The site is great and walking distance to all the parks. The food is so disappointing. We went half board and on the second day we left the resort to eat. Food is poor quality, tasteless and reheated produce. There's loads of variety but when it's so bad it doesn't really matter. Coffee at breakfast is undrinkable. The fresh fruit was lovely actually. The bakery selection was inedible. We checked out early to go have breakfast elsewhere. My son ate the breakfast but quality was really poor. Would not recommend staying for more than one night for this reason. Food aside, it's the most amazing fun place for little kids. Would absolutely come again but wouldn't do half-board or more than one night.
Legoland Dubai is one the best experience. It is a place not only for kids but also for adults. The accommodation is superb. The rooms are clean and the staff are very approachable. Shoutout to Mr. Roque who gives an excellent customer service for greetings and even helping us from our baggage's. Kudos to you Kuya!
Best Family Hotel in the UAE This hotel absolutely blew us away! From fun-filled kids' workshops to direct access to the water park and creatively themed rooms, everything was thoughtfully designed with families in mind. We checked in early at 9 AM -- while our room wasn't ready yet, the staff gladly took our bags so we could head straight to the park. If you're staying for a day, you get to choose between LEGOLAND Park or the Water Park, and the best part is you can pick whichever day works best for you during your stay. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and full of surprises. One of the highlights was a treasure safe that kids can unlock by cracking a code -- inside were LEGO gifts. Hotel guests also get their own private entrance to the parks, which makes everything smoother and faster. My 7-year-old nephew had the time of his life exploring everything, and even my 1-year-old nephew had a blast splashing around in the baby pool and shallow hotel pool. The water park itself was amazing. The staff were not only friendly but also very attentive and firm when it came to safety, especially with kids trying to bend the rules on rides -- something I really appreciated. We also got a 20% discount on food inside the water park, which was a nice bonus. Overall, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and proactive throughout our stay. I absolutely recommend this hotel for families -- it's hands-down the best family-friendly getaway in the UAE!
The hotel itself is pleasant, with child-friendly amenities and comfortable rooms, I unfortunately encountered some service issues that fell short of the standards I would expect from a five-star establishment. Specifically, I found that it was difficult to reach the reception desk via phone. I had to make repeated calls, and when I requested services, the response time was considerably longer than anticipated. I often had to make multiple requests before the service was provided. I believe that addressing these service concerns would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.
We had wonderful experience. Thanks to the outstanding service provided by Roque and Saif of front desk. They are incredibly nice and helpful. The room is cozy and clean. My kids enjoyed our stay on their themed room. Definitely, recommend this hotel.
