Honestly, I had such a good experience here. The staff were super friendly and made me feel really welcome. My room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. I also have to mention the food, it was so good, I didn't even feel like stepping out to eat. Overall, a calm and comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a place that's both chill and well taken care of

The location is ideal, just steps away from West Beach and close to everything we wanted to explore. Our room was quiet, beautifully furnished, and incredibly comfortable. We had a smooth check-in at Tumbi with my friend. We were really hungry, so we ordered room service, and were assisted by Aeron, who was very kind, polite, and professional. He made sure our order was correct and complete, even adding the necessary items without us needing to ask. The breakfast was also very good and enjoyable lots of options to choose from. We were pleasantly surprised to see Aeron there again during breakfast--he still had a friendly smile and gave great service.||The hotel is new, clean, and very nice. We'll definitely come back again!

Our stay at Tumbi West Palm Beach Hotel was amazing. The room was very clean and towels were changed almost everyday. We had an amazing sea view room . The staff is awesome. All of them were so polite and helpful. The service we got every morning at the restaurant was amazing!! They all welcomed us everyday with a smile and made us feel so welcomed. The hotel has also a deatox cafeteria and a spa. A small swimming pool at the top of the building gives u breathtaking views. It's located next to the beach, 2 Min walk away. We will for sure visit Tumbi again!!

I really enjoyed my stay at Tumbi. The receptionist was super kind and nice. The room was clean. One of the cons is a gym - it's super small, but still alright. Location is also great. Breakfast is tasty and has a variety of options. P.s. the shower glasses door needs some silicon on the bottom as the water is going out straight on the floor which makes it messy and slippery. Just heads up

I would like to thank the front staff and in particular the manager who assisted us in addressing our concerns or else our holiday was off to a really bad start. The hotel honored us with excellent service throughout our stay and deserves to be recognized as one of a few that strive to focus on healthy living. It is very quiet compared to many around it, with an excellent cozy atmosphere due to its boutique feel. A beautiful lobby where one can always drop by for refreshments to a small store. The restaurant / breakfast area is spacious yet full, the choice of foods and the freshly prepared orders are quick, there is a colorful range of foods to choose from - very healthy. The location itself is amazing - you can take nice walks at night, but it could get busy for cars sometimes. We once again would like to thank the gentleman in the suit who made it an amazing stay for us.
