Voco The Palm has blown me away! A beautiful, modern hotel in a super convenient location. I was looking for a smaller hotel for my solo trip and Voco has been the perfect choice. ||My room was a deluxe corner King. Stunning interior with floor to ceiling windows and the comfiest bed! | The room has everything I need and is more than spacious. ||I opted for half board to save money on dining out. The breakfast is very good with lots of options, egg station etc. The dinners have exceeded my expectations. The amount of food you can order from the menu whilst on half board is overwhelming! Everything I have tasted has been exceptional quality and I've been very impressed each night. ||The pool area is a nice size and the views are incredible, such a bonus if you're staying here! Everything is immaculate and clean and the pool bar iced almond lattes are second to none. ||The main stand out for me at Voco is the staff. Everyone who works here goes out of their way to accommodate you. The pool bar staff are super efficient and so friendly, even remembering my name and my drinks order after my first day. The best thing about the service is that it isn't too much, it feels natural and isn't over the top. All the staff are a credit to your hotel. ||Thank you all for a wonderful stay!

My sister and I recently stayed at the Palm Voco for a longer overdue catch up and it could not have been more perfect. Delicious cocktails at the pool, chilling at the beach - the hotel was a great location and we had a wonderful experience staying there. Also a huge thanks to the amazing staff, Swam made our check-in seamless, Oped greeted us like an old friend every morning at breakfast and Khalia was a star throughout our stay. Would highly recommend!

Unforgettable Honeymoon Stay We spent our honeymoon at this hotel and had a truly unforgettable experience. The perfect mix of romance and luxury made it feel like a dream. The room was beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed. The staff was always friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The romantic atmosphere and ideal location allowed us to fully relax and explore the surroundings. Highly recommended for couples looking for a special getaway. We'd love to return! Had a fantastic stay at this hotel - great value for money. Sen, the barman at the rooftop bar, is awesome! Hossam and Gopi at the reception were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and the location couldn't be better. Just a heads-up for anyone booking a sea-view room: the noise from nearby clubs can be quite loud until about 3 AM, so if you're a light sleeper, it might be worth considering. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish!

We had a very good stay at VOCO hotel. We arrived very late after midnight and reception staff welcomed us very nicely, thank you to Cropi. Breakfast was great and thank you to Juliet Facia. Reason for holidays in the Dubai was to celebrate my birthday. Our room was nice un clean, thank you to Jabed for looking after us. We are very liked beach area and excellent service from boys Sajith and Osman. We are happy!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The staff treated us fantasticly for the entirety of our stay, but the real highlight was the breakfast staff team - they were simply outstanding and deserve to be recognised for it. From the moment we walked in each morning you could feel a genuine hospitality. Their friendliness, attention to detail and efficiency were second to none. They truly deserve a special recognition and are one of the main reasons why I'll be coming back to Voco. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the location is perfect, with plenty of taxis available to get in and out of the Palm effortlessly, also plenty of restaurants. The rooftop swimming pool views are amazing - while it can get a bit crowded during peak hours, we always managed to find a sunbed. As an alternative you also have a private beach with plenty of sunbeds. Just a heads-up--there is some ongoing construction in certain exterior areas around the hotel, but it wasn't a big deal and didn't affect our stay. Some people in the reviews mentioned construction noise and loud music from the clubs, but we couldn't hear any of it and slept like babies! Overall, our stay was absolutely fantastic!

He has been very much helpful and speaking to him was really helpful. |He advised me with the Locality what to do's and Dont's while at Dubai and yes it really did help ..
