We are staying at the hotel for a week. The hotel is very well located, if you want to discover Dubai and the surrounding area, get a rental car at the airport. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Mr. Avishek deserves special mention. The hotel has a very good and dedicated employee. The breakfast selection is very good. You should try the mashed potatoes at dinner. It's really delicious, I don't get it that well.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a lovely experience. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and high quality. The hotel itself is beautiful - clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. However, I did have a negative experience that really affected my stay. I booked a manicure and pedicure for PS200 in the beauty department. During the pedicure, I was made to feel very uncomfortable by a male staff member who was far too touchy and unprofessional in his manner. It crossed boundaries and left me feeling uneasy to the point that I didn't return the next day for the manicure - I just couldn't face going back. It's not even about the money, though it is frustrating to have paid for a service I didn't receive. What's more disappointing is that I reported the incident to the hotel and was told someone would follow up with me, but I've yet to hear anything back. It's a real shame, because aside from that, the hotel got so much right. I hope they take this kind of feedback seriously, as guests should always feel safe, respected, and listened to.

We spent the weekend at this resort! The hotel is very clean and the staff is amazing! Special thanks to Loki who was very helpful at reception! Johnson and Jay were extremely helpful and are simply the best. I recommend this hotel to all and will definitely be returning.

Great hotel cannot fault the staff who were lovely and really helpful. We went all inclusive and the cocktails were delicious as was the majority of the food we had also. Room is nice with a beach view but be nice to have a bath as well as a shower . Shower was awkward to get the correct temperature . Would definitely stay again the in house coffee shop is great also as was the infinity pool and the roof top bar . One issue is on the hotels beach you get people trying to sell you water sports or salon treatments and it becomes annoying when your trying to relax in the sun !

The hotel was wonderful -- I stayed for 13 nights with my husband and we had a great experience. A big thank you to the Beauty Salon on the first floor for the amazing blow-dries! Booked 4 nights for roughly 1300gbp as the "all inclusive". Communicated to the hotel my partner is 27 weeks pregnant, and booked from the Tuesday night despite a 1am arrival.||As we'd missed the evening meal, they offered us burger and chips but we just wanted a cold water after travelling 12 hrs. They told us they weren't allowed to serve us any drinks as our all inclusive wouldn't start until the morning. All we had was two room temp bottles of water in the room. Not even a jug of water at reception. ||The room was clean internally. Food was quite basic. Areas around the pool weren't as well maintained - lots of chairs with bird poo, plates not cleaned swiftly, running out of towels at 1030am. We weren't allowed umbrellas up one day due to winds, despite there being umbrellas up around the staff areas. ||Final night we were up from 4am due to a vibration sound in our room. Called porter and maintenance team and they said it was the AC (which eas off), and said all they could do was offer a new room in the morning (day of departure?!).||I couldn't go back to sleep, so went out for sunrise and pregnant partner napped on the balcony.||Fed thus back at check out, they said there was no notes on the system. Complained to Booking.com who took it up with the hotel and said that the case was solved at 4am and there were no further complaints from us - no refund or comp due.||I was dubious about this hotel when booking due to some interesting reviews from TA members with only that single review. ||Trust your gut for this one.
