Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates

The hotel was excellent in every way. The service was outstanding. The lifeguards at the children's pool didn't leave their post for even a second and were fully focused on the safety of the pool--they were truly exceptional. In the children's play area, Ms. Mina and her colleagues were warm and kind. I hope to see them again soon.

Had a wonderful experience at Salero! The food was absolutely delicious -- every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The music and ambiance created a warm and vibrant atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing evening out. Service was also spot-on. Carlo took great care of us throughout the night, making sure we had everything we needed with a friendly and professional attitude. Definitely looking forward to coming back soon!

Had dinner at Salero, and it was a fantastic experience! The food was truly authentic, capturing the rich flavors of Spanish cuisine. Every dish was well-prepared and delicious, making it a memorable meal. Our server, Santiago, was excellent--attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. His recommendations were spot on and added to the overall experience. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a great spot for a relaxed evening. Highly recommend for anyone looking for genuine Spanish flavors in a welcoming setting!

What an amazing experience! From the amazing staff at the front desk to the amazing room ! Mohammed and Nuhaila were just amazing! My room booking includes breakfast and unfortunately I have an early flight leaving Dubai. Nuhaila with no hesitation offered to give a bakery basket to take with me and Mohammed offer to give me a wake up call. To some might seem normal to me It was the icing on top! They were really generous. The beautiful Heidi too took me to my room and made sure all is set. Thanks dear , I will definitely come again.

Lovely experience from start to finish. The room was modern and well-equipped, with a great view. Staff were professional and helpful at all times. The hotel's central location made sightseeing easy, and the on-site dining was a pleasant surprise. Would definitely stay here again.

Just discovered this cozy gem of a restaurant -- SALERO! They serve the best paella in town. Huge thanks to Chef Saad for this magnificent culinary experience, complete with a live cooking show and vibrant Spanish music. Also a big shoutout to Carlo and Santiago for the amazing service. Can't wait to come back!

I stayed at the Kempinski and had the chance to go to a few of their restaurants, and all had amazing food. But the Salero restaurant, stood above all due to their staff working hard to make our experience amazing. ||I can't thank Maria and the Salero team enough for always making sure our experience was amazing, for finding an extra seat for my team mates, and for having details to make our experience memorable!

We had a wonder night here at the venue. Amazing chef Saad made our night with seafood Paella and Maria helped up navigate through the menu patiently and find the best dishes for us. Good ambiance and live performances, perfect place to go on Saturday night. Thank you so much guys, will definitely come back.
