Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai

The hotel is incredible. We had a beautiful room with a view of the city. Every morning we had a fantastic view! The room cleaning was fantastic; everything was cleaned and beautifully prepared every day. We were very surprised by the service at the hotel; everyone was very friendly and always asked if everything was okay or if we needed anything, be it water, towels, or if we were feeling well. The food is fantastic; we looked forward to breakfast every day, and our waitress, Jeddalyn, was a really lovely person who always greeted us with a smile and served us very kindly. A huge compliment to her and the entire hotel. We can only recommend it and would come back again and again.

This hotel has absolute amazing service. Every single member of staff is always trying their best to help, tending to our needs quickly, solving issues. Their communication and knowledge is great too, I really am amazed with this team. They are smart, efficient, nice, strong. I am sure management is proud, I am so grateful to each and every one of you for making this trip really nice, I will be recommending this hotel for sure. Thank you so much. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. It's not only a wonderful place to stay with your family, but also a supportive environment for business travelers. The staff are incredibly helpful, caring, and friendly -- they even assisted me with some business needs, which I greatly appreciated.||Breakfast quickly became my favorite part of the day: always a fresh, hot meal served with great coffee. Amazing modern hotel right next to Ka Mer area. Have been staying here for the last year every month and I truly feel home every time I come here since the staff are very friendly , sea view terrace with a bar and restaurant are great and rooms are clean. It's in walking distance to Jumeirah road and la mer beach and when it's not too hot one can go for a walk in La Mer area. Definitely my number one recommendation in Dubai!

The staff at the reception, room cleaning, at the pool, doorman, as well as at the dining are extremely professional, courteous and kind. They cares for client and knows the means to interact with young children, accommodating the needs of everybody. The kitchen staffs does their magic and bring diversity in the plate. Some staffs at the dining have been exceptionally caring and kind with us throughout our stay, namely, Jeddalyn,Naveen,Arun and Suray. The hotel should be proud of having build the capacity of its staff and would recommend to continuously maintain the motivation of its workforce, which is the biggest asset for a longterm success.

Great hotel! We come back here again and again. All the staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Early and late check-out issues were easily resolved, and this is very important! Delicious breakfasts, you can order a la carte or buffet, a variety of freshly squeezed juices. The service in the restaurant is excellent, there is a Russian-speaking girl Suray, she will always help out, help, thank her very much.My son and I are delighted with Jeddalyn, she is always kind, friendly, always asks how are you, helps with the choice of the menu, in general, it's love at first sight.

This hotel has great service. Jedaline went above and beyond to cater to our needs. Reception employees are fabulous! Everybody is so friendly, kind. Perfect breakfast, great valet service which is free, small issue with the beach, it gets full by 8:30 am.. other than the beach I love love love this place. thank you everyone!
