W Dubai - Mina Seyahi

Overall a wonderful stay. The rooms are incredible and the hotel decor is so trendy. ||The housekeeping team on the 24th floor were amazing. Thanks so much for making our room so nice and clean everyday. I do think that people tend to overlook housekeeping so saying thank you and maybe giving them a small tip from time to time goes a long way as they work so hard. ||The 'whatever whenever' staff are so efficient - the best service there is so well done team! And thanks to the guy who quickly brings the ice bucket to the 24th floor in the evening during our stay! ||I also have to take my hats off to the male chef (sorry we didn't catch your name as you were always busy doing your magic) at Ginger Moon who makes the best sushi there is! I wish we could have the pleasure of having them everyday. ||The staff at Mare Bussola restaurant were incredible too even during the weekends when it was so busy! The food was also amazing, never failed to disappoint. You can tell that you have to be at your A-game to work here to keep up with the pace. ||The only thing I probably didn't agree with is the sunbed reservations over at the Westin - especially during the weekend when it's busy. We got down there at 12:30pm on Saturday to find that there were no sunbeds left as they were mostly reserved but they weren't even occupied so such a waste! They should put a rule to say that people need to occupy their reservations by 11am otherwise their reservations get cancelled so someone else can make use of it. ||The fish beach taverna, El Sur, Farrago, Bussola and the Pizzeria were also fantastic so plenty to choose from when it comes to eating. Slightly disappointed with a couple of staff at Sui Mui who let it down for most of the staff. Such a shame because the food was nice (when they make it). The front of house girl looked like she didn't want to be there and was unwelcoming, and one of the other young chef didn't bother to make one of our orders as he was too busy talking to other staff. I did raise this with management and they acknowledged the need for further training for both. ||The other thing I would have to raise is the French guy at reception who was supposed to be a supervisor (so he says). When checking-in and when he was explaining how the all inclusive system worked, he didn't look me in the eye once and wasn't talking to me so I felt like I didn't even exist. So when you're checking guests in, please talk to, and acknowledge BOTH guests and not just my husband! You are usually the first person people see so please don't be rude.||Overall, this didn't ruin our whole experience and we'll probably come back again due to the other positives.

The hotel has the typical W vibe in its public areas and beautifully contemporary designed rooms, all with balcony. The rooms are great and well maintained. Large bathrooms and wardrobe area. Breakfast buffets spread is excellent with top quality food and a served-to-the-table egg menu add-on. Absolutely great! Sparkling wine and bloody marries on the buffet. Nice seating area indoor and outdoor. What can be improved is the speed of coffee service. This always took very long. |Gym is outside of the hotel in a shared facility with Meridien and Westin. The W feel is lacking here and you can see it's a 3rd party run facility. Big and all equipment is there. It just lacks the luxury feel. |Pool on L2 next to the breakfast venue is small and pure for relaxation with beds all crowded next to each other, always full. Just went one time for picture taking. Rest of pool visits I did as Westin, big and ample space. Minus point for the W pool: too small and too crowded. The construction site nearby does not make it nicer either. However the sunset view experience with small pool bar is heaven. |I could sense the hotel is very busy. Lots of guests around everywhere and lobby always full. But the ambiance is nice, typically W. |If you are adults and no kids and you want to stay at Mina Seyahi, this is the place.

Absolutely amazing hotel! Room was spacious and high quality finish. Staff were so lovely and made you feel so welcome. Food and drink was brilliant and location was handy for all the attractions we visited. Some construction around to be aware of, but it's hard to escape views of cranes in Dubai! We had the best time, can't recommend enough!!

The hotel Cluster (W + Le MERIDIEN + Westin) has totally 1.3km beach with all possibilities for relax.||- Hotel Design & Rooms|Immediately after arrival in the lobby you guest can enjoy the DNA of this W hotel which combines the modern fashion with traditional arabica history. The room is full of W elements, like the Nespresso corner, W minbar and W slippers & very fashion W beach bag. From the balcony you will have a full view of the beach. The cleanliness of the room follows strictly the brand standard, which will ensure you a very comfortable stay.||- Service|The highly motivated staffs of ,,Whatever & Whenever" as well as the F&B team are quite friendly and professional. Everywhere you can feel well cared.||- Restaurants & Food|The breakfast is really high quality. Different kinds of honey, fresh breads, premium salmon & cold cuts, especially a glass of Brut mixed with orange juice is a perfect start of a day. |The roof bar&restaurant ,,attiko" is absolutely recommendable. The house cocktails with roof view is perfect place for fine dining. A mixed Sushi place follows by a main course of Wagyu Striploin is a fantastic selection of by Chef.||Additionally You can catch the Cluster General Manager by chance at any corner of the hotel.||Overall W Mina Seyahi is a perfect stay near the Palm and Marina in Dubai.

I was genuinely impressed with how they cleaned my room the next day--everything was spotless, and the small thoughtful touches made it extra special. They even wrapped a brand band around my charging cable to keep it tidy and left a charming bedtime story card. On my last day, I was treated to a custom-made drink and a lovely dining experience just before my flight--such a sweet gesture! I also had the chance to meet the design team, who personally checked in to see how I felt about the room setup and cleaning. The attention to detail throughout my stay was amazing. With all the photos and videos I took and shared with my friends, there's no doubt I'll be coming back. This place has officially become my go-to stay in Dubai! Although I suspect it's about to get a bit busier now that my friends know about it--my little secret haven might not stay so secret anymore. But hey, sharing is caring!

The W Dubai Mina Seyahi delivered an absolutely dazzling stay! From the moment I stepped into the vibrant lobby, I was captivated by its unique and stylish design. The rooftop pool, "Wet Deck," is a must-see - the views are breathtaking, and the atmosphere is electric. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel like a VIP. My room was a chic, modern oasis, with luxurious amenities and stunning views. Breakfast at Ginger Moon was a culinary delight, a fantastic start to each day. The hotel's location is perfect, offering easy access to the marina and surrounding attractions. The energy here is infectious, making it the ideal spot for a fun and memorable Dubai getaway. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at W Dubai - Mina Seyahi! The service was outstanding - everything was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and the atmosphere was truly luxurious. The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and attentive. The location is perfect - right by the beach, with stunning views and easy access to many attractions, restaurants, and nightlife spots in Dubai. We were celebrating my friend's birthday during our stay, and the hotel made it extra special with a lovely surprise in our room - a delicious dessert, fun balloons, and a personalized birthday card. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made the celebration unforgettable! A special thank you to Atnan for his exceptional support and responsiveness. I had a wonderful stay at W Mina Seyahi, the hotel design is beautiful and the intricate design details are eye-catching! Firstly, Rosie (Client Experience) is a star and went over and beyond to ensure our stay was great. In the Ginger Moon restaurant, the staff are lovely and the selection of food is great. Thanks to Rama and Mara as well as the welcoming team and the juice stand staff that always had our ginger shots available each morning! I will 100% return to Attiko and the Dark Gayaki Sun cocktail was out of this world! I would recommend and hopefully visit again!
