Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai

We recently stayed at the Mandarin Oriental in Dubai and it was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. From start to finish, the team completely exceeded our expectations and delighted us in every possible way. The location is perfect--right on the beach with stunning views, but still close enough to everything in the city. The facilities are fantastic--every detail is thought through, from the beautifully designed rooms to the amazing pool, restaurants, and beach area. What really made the stay unforgettable, though, was the service. Every single staff member was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special thank you to Ozgur from IT, who went above and beyond to help us and made us feel incredibly welcome. And Alice from Guest Services--she was so kind and thoughtful with our family. Her warmth and attention to detail really stayed with us. Even the little touches made a big difference--like the fantastic turndown service that made our room feel calm and ready for the night every evening. It's that kind of quiet luxury and care that really stood out. This trip was truly unforgettable for our whole family. We left feeling cared for, relaxed, and already looking forward to coming back.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in - truly unforgettable. The service is absolutely top notch, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. Upon arrival, I was welcomed with a beautifully arranged selection of amenities, including refreshing welcome drinks, delicious dates, and a thoughtfully prepared fruit platter in the room - such a warm and elegant touch. The rooms themselves are incredibly spacious, luxurious, and simply spectacular. Waking up there felt like a dream. Breakfast was next level - both in quality and variety - and definitely a highlight of my stay. The amenities throughout the hotel are equally impressive, from the stunning pools to the relaxing spa. Everything about this place sets a new standard for luxury.

Every recommendation was spot on, making the experience even more delightful. The food and drinks were exquisite, and the presentation was flawless. This lounge is definitely a must-visit, whether for a casual afternoon tea or a refined evening drink. Highly recommended, and I can't wait to return!

Consistently the best service in all of Dubai. The team there is just amazing. So much attention to details. The breakfast is first class all the way. I stay in a room with club lounge access this time and it was truly the best. I can't imagine staying anywhere else when I'm in Dubai.

The MO in Dubai is outstanding. From check in to check out the service was impeccable. The lounge is very well done and the food was terrific. The restaurants are a great mix -- and the quality of the food is terrific. We had a large suite - that was the nicest suite I have ever stayed in. The design was elegant, modern and very clean. This is my good to hotel in Dubai now.

I love this beautiful hotel on the beach! All the staff is attentive and nice, always there for you. The service everywhere- SPA--beach-pool-restaurants is top. I love their breakfast buffet, as vegan there are many choices and healthy ones as well. Fruits and vegetables are top quality. Nearby there is a mall you can walk to.
