Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach

Stayed at the Four Seasons Resort Dubai for my birthday and it was amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make the day really special. The room was super clean, spacious, and had an incredible view. The beach and pool areas were beautiful and relaxing. Service was top-notch everywhere, and the food was delicious too. Everything felt easy, peaceful, and luxurious. I couldn't have asked for a better way to celebrate.

Our fourth time staying at this hotel, we always look at alternatives but the service and quality of this hotel always brings us back. We've stayed in different room types but this time we booked a city view suite and I would not recommend this, maybe it was just this room but it was very disappointing so we changed to a sea view straight away. After that everything was perfect as always. The staff around the pool are so kind, helpful and friendly Ahmed, Alex and the team are amazing and a credit to the hotel. The pool menu is excellent with nice complimentary treats/snacks throughout the day. We can't wait to come back again. Mr & Mrs Gibson x

I have been there for a work event and was well organized. Service is very good and facilities are great. I loved that they have prayer room close to the halls and staff are very welcoming. I heard the rooms are very nice and the location is great on Jumeirah beach. Food were very good and restaurants have so many choices to try with nice vibes.

"Above & beyond" is harder to find these days but everything about this FS property fits that description. The rooms are exquisite, the property is impeccably maintained and the service across the board is simply outstanding. The staff takes pride in what they do, and it shows in the tiniest of details to surprisingly large gestures. We were blown away by the hospitality of the team and we've stayed at over 20 FS properties. We booked a stay during Ramadan and the majlis was magical. The location is perfect, secluded enough to feel like an escape but central enough to quickly get to where you need to go.

We have stayed here every year for the past 3 years never been let down by the hotel, service always to high standards. ||Staff remember us and provide us a great experience. ||Last visit there was a few issues but they were addressed very well. ||We see you next year.

When you stay at the four seasons, it's the little things that make a big difference. Talal, The concierge made all the difference in our stay. We had two boxes coming from America to give out at a conference that we're holding here in Dubai. They had been lost for three weeks. Until he got involved. As soon as he got involved, they were in the hotel lobby within three hours. Makes all the difference. Great service, memorable experience all because of his character and confidence. So appreciated.

Still staying for 2 more nights but the staff and details maken the difference. You can fully relax and here you get service at its best as to be expected but still. They deliver. |No high rise in the neighborhood, beautiful large rooms. Nothing to pick about (maybe breakfast: never got a menu to order, a bit small space and at some places there are even more options to choose from although it's already very good of course).|Excellent all over but as always; nothing more important than great staff. And that's what they have at FS, smiles all over. From them and from us :-).
