Hatta Guest House

Guest House was empty. They upgraded us to a balcony room. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. They had placed water bottles and two soft drinks in the fridge . There were 4 tea bags and sugar sachets, but no coffee sachets or milk sachets. Bathroom was clean and they had two clean towels, but there were no face towels provided. Balcony was comfortable.||Disliked * Rock Wadi Cafe is a "Karama style" cafetaria. Totally disappointed with the ambience and food on offer. There was no Buffet Breakfast laid out for us even though it was included in our Room charges. We had to choose one dish from the Menu (omlette) , tea or coffee and a side (Eg Cheese Manakesh type). The Breakfast was a disaster. At night, I had mutton chops whc were unsatisfactory. First night they suggested chicken kabsa, whc was only rice and 2 pcs of fried chicken. My wife settled for burger and chips, to be on safe side, whc was satisfactory.They should immediately stop offering plastic cutlery. It was atrocious. I asked them to change it immediately. The other Restaurant Sand Broasted chicken was shut. Restaurant amenities shud be upgraded immediately. The fees charged by Guest House for 2 days was Dhs 1122. This is not small money. In Dubai we can stay for 2 nights in better hotels with better amenities for Dhs 1200/- .

Excellent place to stay in Hatta. Nice views from the room facing the Hatta mountain and the water front. Has a souq with few restaurants and a super market, parking available. Rooms are spacious.

I had a wonderful stay at Hatta Guest House, many thanks to the exceptional service provided by Mr. Yahya at the reception. His extensive knowledge of the area and personalized recommendations truly enhanced my experience in Hatta. The Hatta Guest House itself was charming and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat, along Al Khattem Dam. An ideal location. I can't thank Mr. Yahya enough for his outstanding hospitality, which made my visit truly memorable. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The place is impeccably clean with beautiful views that are simply breathtaking. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. A special thanks to Mr. Yahya at the reception for his outstanding service; he was professional, understanding, and made my stay even more enjoyable. It was super lovely place, not expensive and very well welcoming, room size and view.

Best value for money .. amazing location .. amazing location .. amazing location .. wonderful view from the room staff is helpful.. room was clean .. furniture is not old .. good breakfast .. no maintenance issues while my staying .. there's is a supermarket,restaurant and shops in the same building. Near to bus station .. near to the bank I enjoyed my staying. Thanks

We stayed in your hotel last July 13 to 14 for 1 night.reception who check us in was very welcoming smiling face very positive behavior she is Fortune if I'm not wrong. Room was clean service was very quick break fast was ok as it's less option of food. However stay was amazing ,we will come back again

Hotel is located next to dam and the Hatta Mountain View from rooms makes your stay more special. Very calm and quiet place, also the food from Rock Wadi Restaurant was amazing. Overall it was a great place.
