Great stay. Calm and clean hotel. Service was top notch. The check in and out service + suitcase assistance and taxi service was great. Thanks for your care Raja, Sheila and Nathaniel. Shabas was so helpfull he drove us to Dubai Mall and after offered to pick us up there and bring our suitcases to the next location. House keeping was good and thoughtfull.

Firstly , the rooms are spacious and cleanliness was exceptional for the whole 8 days I was there. Constant supply of fresh towels and linens, pillows were changed when I asked for firmer , extra complimentary waters were left in my room without me even having to ask as they could see I was finishing them, cute little chocolate every so often. The staff were always greeting me and checking if I needed anything. Food was amazing from the cafe and the breakfast buffet! Healthy but delicious. Room service was a tad disappointing in comparison but hey ho! Beach was lovely , staff were attentive most of the time. Pool is a little small but I enjoyed the aqua fitness classes. Overall would definitely return! Hanan in the spa also gave me an amazing facial and the sound bath was a great experience.

Every interaction--from the front desk to housekeeping--felt personal and professional. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. It's rare to find a team so dedicated and welcoming. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant!

We stayed for 2 nights during the Eid holidays. Check-in took a while, likely due to the busy period. We had booked a suite with a balcony but were disappointed to find it faced a construction site. Syed at reception told us no sea-view rooms were available without checking properly, which was frustrating. Thankfully, Fatma stepped in and was extremely helpful. She found us a sea-view room for an extra fee and let us check it out before finalizing. Once we agreed, she handled the switch efficiently. However, we were told our luggage would be transferred but it never arrived, and I ended up collecting it myself--this whole process delayed our plans by almost 2 hours. Despite the rocky start, the rest of our stay was great. Breakfast at the buffet was a highlight--Caroline and the rest of the staff were outstanding, even during busy hours. Special thanks to the tall Arab gentleman working alongside her--great service! At the pool, Matarr at the towel counter was always smiling and friendly, and the lifeguard was amazing with our son--even took a photo for us. Overall, mixed experience at check-in, but the service from other staff really made up

Had a wonderful time at the hotel! The facilities were well kept! The manager zaydan was absolutely hospitable and very accommodating. Rajiv was our favourite waiter by the pool. He was very good! Ahmed the restaurant manager was also very nice! Overall we had a good time! I would recommend having more free activities!

Absolutely loved my stay at The Retreat Palm! From start to finish, I had an amazing experience -- especially thanks to Amsgod in the buffet restaurant. He was always pleasant, helpful, and polite, and went out of his way to make my birthday special -- even getting the entire kitchen team to sing happy birthday to me! That moment really stood out. We were upgraded to a suite on the 2nd floor, which was a wonderful surprise. The room was spacious, with a separate living room and bedroom, and we had a fantastic view facing the Palm -- absolutely stunning! The staff across the hotel were friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful. They really added a special touch to my birthday trip. There was a bit of a delay at check-in, which I raised with the team -- but to their credit, they handled it promptly and professionally. So thank you again for resolving that quickly. I'd definitely recommend The Retreat Palm -- it's relaxing, beautiful, and the service makes it truly memorable.

We really enjoyed our stay in this fabulous, tidy and clean little hotel. It's pretty quiet and there are not to many people staying in the hotel. Compared to the bigger houses, with bigger names we've already stayed at, we will always choose this hotel over the others! First you are warmly greeted by Nathaniel, who is the heart of the hotel. He makes you feel wellcomed, arranges the taxi for you and is always up to a little chat. Special thanks to the lifeguard Tangha, who makes every day at the pool so special for the kids, of whom he knows every name. Many thanks to all the staff, for making our stay perfect!
