I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything was well-organized, and the staff truly stood out for their professionalism, politeness, and cooperation. Their dedication to excellent service made my experience even more enjoyable. A special mention SU & Vijaya from Reception , who was incredibly polite and ensured that everything is alright. The food was absolutely delicious, with a diverse menu that catered to various tastes. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What made the experience even more special was the attentive and friendly staff and A special mention Vandana. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed, and the service remained impeccable throughout our meal. The hotel's location is another major plus, with easy access to the airport, making travel incredibly convenient. Overall, this is one of the best hotels I've stayed at, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a seamless and comfortable stay!

I have been this hotel several times during last 15 months, All the times I found the hotel atmosphere like i am in my own home and friendly behavior of all staff is marvelous. Normally I used to have breakfast in hotel before leaving for office and staff in breakfast area are professional and well trained to accommodate their guests In a way such that they feel like a home. Specially a girl named Vandana , very hard working and positive approach towards her job. Asif

Very comfortable stay, with very helpful staff specially Hanshu, she made sure I was comfortable and had a good breakfast. Loved the stay . Everyday the housekeeping used to clean my room , I was just a call away from getting anything I wanted . They even allow food from outside that was a game changer.

It was a wonderful stay with my family for the last 3 days. Wonderful location, proximity to everything,Dragonmart on a metre away, Nesto ,Novo cinemas,Bus station,Mirdif mall. Staff were so gentle and cool, very responsive especially Vijaya. I will always prefer this hotel for my next trip.
