our stay with Taj was a memorable one. We had a very good welcome by Danuska who accommodated our requirements excellently. He provided an excellent service. Breakfasts were excellent, service is second to none led by Abhisek and special note to Abhay in his team. All staff were friendly and made our stay comfortable. We hired cars from the hotel and drivers provided a good service. Overall Taj provided real 5-star service
Brilliant rooms with brilliant views. Extremely nice service, personalized, not that commercial. They remember guests names, food preferences, etc which was very nice. The staff is helpful and polite. Amazing location. Can walk peacefully on Business Bay. Highly recommended
Chose the Taj for a first time experience. The overall stay was decent, but could have been better.|Reached the hotel at 2pm on 6-May, reception staff mentioned the rooms are full and need to wait. The process of checkin is slower than other hotels. Swiped the credit card at 2.13 and waited until 3pm, no one bothered to come and update. About 4 or 5 members came in after me and were allotted rooms. At sharp 3, I had to walk up and ask for the room, the lady at the counter had changed, waited for another 10 mins before 1810 was allotted. |Entered the room and found a Happy Birthday cake on the table with cutlery. It wasn't any of our Bday, so it wasn't for us. Told the bell boy to take it, he instead asked me enjoy the cake. |At around 4pm or so, house keeping came around and I handed over the cake to him.|Overall check-in experience was dull. You really need a people centric, attention focussed Manager at the reception. |Few other points:|1. Pillow is soft, but mattress is average.|2. Curtains needs to be pulled by hand with all dust and lint falling on you. most 5* have them automated with switch.|3. The closet does not have a door, it is weird to have clothes hanging out in the open. A walk-in closet with a door should have been in place. No place to fold and keep clothes. |4. Hair dryer placed near the TV, thought it was misplaced at first. Then realised wash room does not have 3 pin socket for the hair dryer.|5. The door to wash room makes a racket when opening and closing, wakes up everyone in the room. A sliding door should have been in place.|6. The soap, shampoo etc for the bath are provided in a small ceramic bottle. It needs to be opened and poured out and a whole lot comes out getting wasted. Instead a proper dispenser should be provided. |7. Imagine a small room with 3+1 phones. Someone obsessed with phones laid out the interiors. Quality of call is poor. Free up the space.|8. Morning buffet was fine, staff was attentive. Some feedback on inconsistent preparation was taken positively by Varun and the chef.|9. Pool area is good, changing rooms are inside the spa.|10. Men at door, bell boys were welcoming at all times. Thank you.
The Taj in Dubai is an excellent hotel. The staff (everyone from the front desk, to the staff outside the main entrance, to the room service, to the the people in the buffet breakfast area) everyone I came across was very courteous, considerate and exhibited the utmost professionalism. Truly a class act. This is my go to hotel in Dubai and I would 110% stand behind my recommendation of this hotel to any traveler who wants to experience the World class Taj hospitality.||Thank you Taj and management.
Overall it was good. The experience with the overall staff was good. I think the carpets have got old and may need for a change. Speciallly to mention was a lady named Flora at the Breakfast area was really good at her job. The service at the breakfast area was good.

Their breakfast is one of the best I've ever experienced - a perfect start to each day. I had the pleasure of trying their authentic Indian breakfast, which was a delightful revelation, packed with flavors and spices that made every morning special. Their in-house Indian restaurant is a culinary gem, led by a professional chef who goes the extra mile to ensure every meal is perfect. When I mentioned my garlic allergy, he personally prepared my order without garlic, cooking it freshly with exceptional care - a gesture that truly touched me. A special thank you to Khimhek and Ritik, two incredible members of the breakfast team who made my mornings unforgettable. On my last day, they surprised me with a heartfelt message as a memory, a touching gesture that reminded me of the genuine warmth this place offers. For anyone seeking a luxurious stay with a touch of Indian warmth and flavor in the heart of Dubai, this hotel is a haven of comfort, elegance, and unforgettable experiences.
