I enjoyed my stay. The in Room dining experience was excellent! Why only 4 stars. I got a smoking room and they made it very difficult to change the room. Also some stuff wasn't working in the first room. Some of the people at the reception should be released. I would still recommending this hotel and would stay again. I got a water as I arrived, this little gesture I love. Between 40-50AED to the Expo train station (with app)

The housekeeping staff bimala is very friendly and very nice !! Always very polite and keeping my room very nice. Also Craig who works in south central and at the beach bar is super nice. I want his band to play live music here!! He's super talented. Also the hotel is super nice & the rest of the staff are amazing too. Also the food is great!

Spotless Rooms and Excellent Housekeeping!|I can't say enough good things about the housekeeping team at Holiday Inn Dubai Al Maktoum Airport! Every day, my room was absolutely spotless, with fresh towels, clean bedding, and a beautifully organized space. It's the little touches that made it feel special -- like the neatly arranged amenities and the perfect attention to detail. It made coming back to the room feel like returning home. Even during busy periods, the standards were consistently high. I truly appreciate how much effort goes into keeping everything looking and feeling so fresh. It made my holiday feel even more relaxing knowing I could trust the room would be perfect every day. Highly recommend staying here for a worry-free experience!

I was here on a short term business visit. Amazing property with nice view. Enjoyed my stay at the most. Their food and drink were top notch. From the biryani to cocktail to coffee and cookies everything was just yum. Also met some nice staff here, friendly and humble. Special mention Kashif for attending me tirelessly. Thanks.

Great Stay and Perfect Location!|I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Dubai Al Maktoum Airport and was so impressed with how convenient everything was! The hotel is just a few minutes from the airport, making it an ideal choice for travelers like me. Plus, it's so easy to get to the Expo City, Jebel Ali, and the new attractions in Dubai South. I loved being able to explore the area and then return to a comfortable, welcoming space. The hotel lobby is bright and modern, and check-in was quick and efficient. My room was spacious, clean, and very cozy after a long day of sightseeing. I would highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a stress-free base while exploring Dubai. I'll definitely stay again!
