Absolutely Horrible Experience - Stay Away! If you want your sanity destroyed, book a room at this nightmare of a hotel! Everything looks great on the surface, but once you check in, get ready for the worst experience of your life. 1. They Call You at 3:10 AM for No Reason! * I had an early morning flight, and just when I was trying to get some rest, the phone rang at 3:10 AM. * But guess what? The phone in the room doesn't ring--only the one in the washroom does! * Imagine running to the washroom half-asleep, thinking it's some emergency, only to hear zero apologies from the staff. 2. Key Cards That Never Work * Every single evening, after a long exhausting day, I had to drag myself back down to reception because my key card would stop working. * This wasn't a one-time issue--it happened daily! * Staff acted like this was completely normal. Incompetence at its peak. 3. Their "Spa" is a Disguised Prostitution Hub * The masseurs here will keep pestering you for "extra services." * If you refuse, they turn rude, abusive, and end the session immediately. * This is not a spa--it's a shady business running inside a hotel. Disgusting! 4. Room Service is a Joke * Ordered food? Expect it after 2 hours. * Ordered morning tea? They'll take an hour, if not more. * Staff have zero etiquette and don't give a damn about customer service. This hotel is a trap. The only thing good about it is how it looks from the outside--once you're inside, it's pure misery. If you enjoy being tortured, this is the perfect place for you. Otherwise, stay far, far away!

Stayed at Concorde Creek View Hotel--beautiful creek views, clean rooms, and courteous staff. The 4.1 rating is well deserved. Great location near shops and metro. Would definitely stay again!

Overall good , stayed 7 days continuously room 212. Will come again Positives 1. Stay near the creek 2. From room we can see beautiful creek side 3. Near to metro 4. Clean rooms Improvement required 1. No working desk with proper chair 2. At night music sometimes disturb.but not that high. 3. Breakfast buffet need more items.

Good place for the stay. We took sea view room. The room was really spacious and very comfortable. I couldn't complete the stay in the hotel due to some emergency. But for sure I will go again just only for the stay in this hotel! Highly recommended

Pls read before booking:|All the positive reviews are paid ones. I had also trusted them while making a booking at this place. This is a very bad property which is only popular because of its shady clubs that operate at night. Music so loud we could hear and feel the vibrations on 2nd floor. They don't have in house kitchen they serve cold stale food. Staff is so rude they don't hear anything. If things get finished from the breakfast they replenish at their will. Rooms hygiene is questionable. During my 8 nights stay everyday room cleanliness was bad. We had a kid staying with us there was no provision for milk. Plates are chargeable. No extra towels are provided even after repeated requests.||Please whosoever is planning to book this property pls avoid.

Hotel from hell is how I would describe these people. Absolutely no care for the customer, pathetic service, loosely fitted bathroom shower head without just enough pressure for an ant to bath. and incessant noise from the club on the 5th floor every day until 4am which all together ruined our 3 day stay at the hotel. when asked for a room change, was informed all the rooms were occupied. above all, they had the tenacity to complain to the tour operator i shouted at the reception in front of other guests which never happened. If you want to die early after having enough stress staying at a hotel, this should be your number one pick. Avoid it like the plague!!

One review before mine is truly honest. The staff is worst at the front desk. Rooms are good but not at all for sleeping at night because of multiple night clubs in the building, the upbeat and base of music is so high that the bed and pillows keep vibrating. Surely not recommended at all. Views towards creek are only good thing associated with this facility.

Nice and clean hotel . located near the Al Ghubaiba metro station, Deira creek. The view was amazing so many restaurants nearby. Convenient for tourists exploring the nearby heritage town along the creek side and Ride the Abra( small boat ) for crossing the creek and cruise.
