Superb!! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The front desk Shalika , Mukul , Maureen and concierge desk Alex & others were exceptional. The comfort and functionality of the room is worth the mention. (Large 1 bed room ) The housekeeping team ensures the guests are well taken care of, working silently and efficiently. The sales team are always ready to give you the best rates..special thanks to Ms. Priya and team. Want to make a suggestion .. please consider adding more variations to the Breakfast menu .. as for long stays it gets boring. The location is perfect, with easy access to Dubai metro and attractions, I would highly recommend Staybridge media city to anyone who is looking for a peaceful and amazing stay in Dubai both for work and leisure. We were here in April 2025 and spent 8 nights in this Hotel. The location is brilliant if you want to explore the city as the Metro is just around the corner. In barsha hights you can visit some shops and cheap restaurants. The breakfast has enough different choices for europeans. The coffee machine is available free of charge for hotel guests around the clock. The gym is clean and VERY well equipped. We also spent a lot of time at the pool - and the life guards are just great. Overall i got nothing to complain about except for the noise if you are at the balcony due to the highway. By the way - rooms are clean - special drinking water tap installed - fridge etc available - aircon in good condition in all rooms. We also ate lunch and dinner two times in the hotel restaurant which is same quality and price as the surrounding locations. Hotel guests get 20% off the menu - i must have missed this part during check in, otherwise we would have eaten more often there. Sparkling water should be included in the breakfast area :D // then i would have no wishes open. And the staff: excellent - always a helping hand - always a smile. Thanks!

I had a very pleasant stay. The staff were truly excellent--warm, helpful, and always smiling. I encountered a noise issue with my initial room, but as soon as a room became available, they promptly helped me move without any hassle. The team's kindness and responsiveness made a big difference. The room itself was clean and well-maintained

Our experience was excellent. We really felt like home . The concierge Alex and his colleagues were very nice.They were always helping us. Food and breakfast were great! One minor detail that i like is the speed of the elevators! The value per dollar is very high

What can I say - great location, fantastic views from all angles, suites have plenty of room and are fully equipped, amazing and helpful staff. I recently expanded my business to Dubai and leased a floor in the building housing this hotel. Since our Dubai office is new and relatively small (about 20 employees), I decided to host on of my product teams here - roughly 10 members. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing and I'm lucky I discovered these issues with an internal team rather than senior management or worse, an important client.||Initially, the hotel presents itself well, with a clean and inviting lobby. However, the experience quickly falls short of expectations. The cafe doubles as the hotel's "bar," leaving no dedicated space to properly unwind after a long workday. I booked one of the hotel's top-tier suites, anticipating a luxurious experience. Instead, I found an awkward room layout featuring a kitchenette, something most Dubai travelers have little use for. While the living room and guest bathroom were spacious and appreciated, the master bathroom resembled something more akin to a budget motel rather than a luxury suite. Furthermore, all my team members, including myself, found the air conditioning to be unreliable and difficult to control, severely impacting comfort.||On a more concerning note, while the hotel's frontline staff were friendly and attentive, they were clearly hampered by restrictive policies and poor management decisions. For instance, the hotel's front doors are inexplicably locked in the evening, forcing guests to navigate dimly lit backstreets when returning from dinner--a particularly inconvenient and uncomfortable experience. Moreover, hotel management refuses to even permit guests to exit through the main entrance at night, rigidly citing "policy," as stated directly by the night manager. Such inflexible and arbitrary policies fall far short of the standards expected at a property billing itself as a quality accommodation in Dubai.||Given my experience, I can only recommend this hotel as a budget-conscious, short-term option for visitors specifically working within this building. It is entirely unsuitable for leisure travel or accommodating important clients and executives. Had I unknowingly brought my management team or clients here, it would have resulted in significant embarrassment.
