Swissotel Al Murooj Dubai

The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable, just as it should be. The reception and concierge services were very good and attentive. I can recommend it for accommodation. One criticism I have--though I don't know about the other rooms--is that in the room i stayed, while showering in the bathtub, the protective glass was quite short and due to a gap between it and the tub, water splashes onto the bathroom floor, making it wet.

I recently stayed at Swiss Hotel in Dubai and had a great experience! The entire apartment was spotless--especially the bathrooms, which were exceptionally clean. Everything was well-maintained and comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, even though I didn't catch anyone's name. Their kindness definitely added to the overall positive vibe. Whether you're visiting Dubai for vacation or for work, I'd highly recommend staying here. There's even a convenient work table if you need to get things done. I'd absolutely stay again!

We recently held our company's Iftar celebration at this venue, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The location is convenient and easily accessible, making it a hassle-free choice for gatherings. The buffet offered an impressive selection of cuisines, catering to a variety of tastes, and I had the opportunity to try the new dishes that turned out to be absolutely delightful. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were warm, attentive, and highly accommodating, ensuring that every guest felt taken care of. A special mention to Ms Cynthia, who went above and beyond, regularly checking on our table and making sure we had everything we needed. This venue is fantastic choice for any occasion, whether corporate events or personal celebrations. The combination of great food, welcoming ambiance, and outstanding service makes it highly recommended. A well-deserved five stars!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The stay with Swissotel was great. Everyone was helpful. Special thanks to Supriya, Sumit, Sandra,Mahmoud, Mesha. We Will stay with them again soon. The food was great and the team is very helpful too. I was very happy with the stay . Hope to come back again
