The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai

The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai, in JBR, was a great place to stay, and the staff were a real highlight. Akshita at reception was really helpful when we needed to change our room, making the process smooth and easy.||||We also enjoyed the thoughtful touches from Al Amin and Rohan in housekeeping - the towelled animals were a fun surprise!||||The service in the Club Lounge was excellent, with Silvester, Indra, Albert, and Darwin looking after us very well. They were always attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. They really went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable.||||We also found the food at the hotel to be lovely. We ate at the Club Lounge, Splendido, and Blue Jade, and each had its own unique and delicious style. The Spa is also fantastic and has some great offers available - definitely worth checking out. I had an excellent massage with Yumi.||||The hotel's location is fantastic, right on the beach and close to everything in JBR. The facilities were also very good.||||Overall, we had a very positive experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai (JBR), and the friendly, helpful staff, delicious food, and wonderful spa made our stay even better.

The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai has become my absolute favorite place to stay. I've stayed here a few times already, and every visit just keeps getting better. The location is amazing - right by the beach, close to everything, and perfect for relaxing or exploring the city. But what truly makes this hotel stand out is the incredible team working here. Everyone is so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. I want to give a special shoutout to Milena from Tamoka. She has been with us through all of our stays, and every time she welcomes us with even more warmth and care than the last. She's not only professional but also very thoughtful and attentive. Milena went out of her way to help us discover new spots in Dubai and made sure we were comfortable at all times. You can really see how much she enjoys taking care of guests -- and it shows in how she treats everyone around her. She truly made our experience even more memorable. We always feel so well taken care of here, and that's why we keep coming back. Thank you to the whole team at The Ritz-Carlton, we'll definitely be back again soon!

The London Social Brunch was a fantastic experience! With so much food to choose from it was easy to find something tasty to eat and the drinks choice was great. A big thank you to Raju and Ravinder who took such great care of us, kept our drinks flowing and made us feel really welcome!! I would definitely come back... can't recommend enough!

Wonderful hotel, from the food to the beds, everyone that works to make your stay memorable. Don't want to leave! From flowers and towel 'pets' to send off cocktails by the pool, our stay was out of this world. |To the Caravan. Gulf pavilion. Blue Jade and Solendido......amazing service and food. |The day time caters for our room to turn down service in 4th floor (Tirtha and Bhawani, and Herbert, Anita and team for breakfast.....too many names but huge a huge Thank you! We can't wait to return xxx Mrs and Ms B! Xx

Had a delightful experience from start to finish. First impressions definitely count and especially as we arrived a good few hours before check in and Raj at the front desk obtained a room for us immediately with no waiting around. He even kindly offered us breakfast before we officially checked in which was really nice and helped us to rest after a flight. The hotel has plenty of amenities for kids and adults alike with many restaurants, pools and different entertainment as well as the private beach. The location is ideal being in JBR near many different restaurants. The attention to detail from the staff was great from housekeeping to the chefs. The security guards and doormen were also very friendly. I would recommend staying here and would come again to experience this excellent hospitality.

This was our first trip to Dubai and we were extremely pleased that we picked the Ritz Carlton to stay in to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, it's one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. |The hotel is ideally situated, being on the JBR walk, with easy access to the Marina, the restaurants along the walk and those near the Ain Dubai (which is well worth a visit). The hotel would best be described as "traditional" in its layout and levels of service. Unlike the towering hotels in the vicinity of the Ritz Carlton, this hotel is possibly no more than 6 stories high, but it includes fantastic well-kept grounds and possibly the best beach in the area.|All rooms have a sea view and we were in a deluxe ocean view room, which was very well appointed and comfortable. The service was second to none with all the staff that we came into contact with being friendly and efficient (unfortunately, there were a lot of guests that were too up themselves to be friendly and polite back to the staff). We were on a half board basis and ate in 3 of the 4 designated restaurants, swapping dinner for lunch on a couple of occasions. All can be recommended, but La Baie and Amaseena were our favourites. La Baie is a bright and vibrant restaurant that serves fresh and vibrant dishes, the sea bass was possibly the best I've tasted. Amaseena is based upon local cuisine and is a buffet style. The chef was really helpful, pointing out to us what the dishes were. Breakfast is held in the London Social. There was plenty of variety to choose, from with options from European to Asian dishes, along with a good selection fresh fruit. The bircher muesli was probably the best I've tasted outside of Germany! As well as the restaurants there is the Lobby Lounge that serves tea (including a traditional afternoon tea) and coffee and the Library Bar was great for a pre and post dinner cocktail ( I can recommend the Amber Fizz and the Berrywood). This is a smokers bar, so be warned, but there is ample seating on the veranda. |There are multiple pool areas set amongst the gardens as well as plenty of loungers and parasols on the beach. There was never any problem getting a couple of loungers with a parasol, so no need to be sad and get up at the crack of dawn to put your towel down (although some people still feel the need to do so). Towels, water and sunscreen are provided.|As previously mentioned, this trip was to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and there were some fantastic treats provided for us, including a very memorable afternoon tea on the beach. A special thanks to Anastasia and Kant who went way above the call of duty to make it a very memorable occasion for my wife and I. |Thanks also to the staff in The London Social, Martha, Monalisha, Mukesh, Hnin, Maria and Echo. Also to the staff in La Baie including ( but not limited to) Darisha,Jaha, Nabin and Trang. Finally thanks to the security staff who opened the door to the grounds for the guests, especially the gentleman from Ghana who's name I have unfortunately forgotten. So, to recap, we can highly recommend the Ritz Carlton Dubai. The hotel is classy, the food and ambience fantastic and the staff are amazing. |Don't take any notice of the 1 star review on here, they were definitely trying it on. We will be back!
