The service at the Hyatt Regency Dubai is exceptionally friendly, making guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive. However, the hotel itself is somewhat dated and could use a refresh to match modern standards. The rooms are adequate but could benefit from some updates. On the bright side, the service in the club area is excellent, providing a comfortable and pleasant experience for guests looking for a bit more exclusivity. Overall, it provides a very good value for money, making it a great choice for business travelers.

I had a fantastic experience at Hyatt regency. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless, well-appointed, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the little touches like complimentary water, fast Wi-Fi, and a cozy bed. The location was perfect--close to great restaurants and attractions. Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, with plenty of options. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality hotel stay.

Wonderful stay and a pleasant experience at the Hyatt regency.They provided us a nice room with an awesome view. Room was very comfortable and spacious for a family of 4. Breakfast was a good spread of Indian and continental food with excellent service by the staff. Location was also very convenient due to proximity with the gold souq metro station

The management has never disappointed me, they made my stay very easy and joyful. If you talk about the satisfaction level, I would say, the overall services provided by the hotel will make you feel like it's a dubai trip within a dubai trip. And that's remarkable!

Hyatt Regency Dubai is conveniently located next to a metro station and features a spacious, impressive lounge area, a small shopping mall with an ice rink, and a fitness centre with a spa and swimming pool. The staff were very attentive and supportive, and really made my stay pleasurable and enjoyable. The spa was lovely and quiet, and the pool area is particularly peaceful, especially in the evening. Breakfast offered a wide range of options, catering to various international tastes, and the service was quick and helpful. The room itself looked a bit dated and worn, but it was clean. The fridge was fully stocked with chargeable minibar items, leaving little space for my own food, which I didn't appreciate. The TV appeared to support Google Chromecast technology, but unfortunately, even after following the instructions several times, it didn't work. I was also unable to connect my YouTube account. If the feature is generally functional, I would suggest providing clearer instructions.

Bad experience - not worth the upgrade I had a very disappointing stay at Regency Corniche. They charged me more than what was originally communicated, with hidden fees that were never mentioned upfront. Later they told me I was "upgraded" to a "better suite," but the value of that upgrade was definitely not worth it. The room didn't feel premium at all, and the buffet was honestly horrible. I expected much better service and transparency from a hotel of this level.

ALL Staff absolutely brilliant from check in to check out.. House keeping, Club Lounge, Pool area, Gym, Concierge- Highly commendable. Infact it was the staff that made our time in Dubai most enjoyable. All staff at Memories in the Mall were beautiful people. Carpenters Sports bar was great to chill out at happy hour and the staff there were lovely human beings also. Meals and drinks with the Club lounge Access were very generous and the staff could not be rated highly enough.. All in all we would definitely recommend staying here. Also having celebrated a birthday here - the surprise in our room on returning from a swim was heartfelt
