My stay at Palette Royal Reflections Hotel and Spa in Dubai was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I entered the lobby, I was struck by the hotel's elegant design, warm ambiance, and the friendly demeanor of the staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was quickly shown to my room, which was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The room itself was spacious and tastefully furnished, with a luxurious bed that provided supreme comfort after long days of sightseeing. The attention to detail was evident--plush linens, high-quality toiletries, and thoughtful amenities like complimentary tea and coffee made the stay even more enjoyable. It truly lives up to its name--peaceful, refined, and rejuvenating. The professional staff and serene setting made for a relaxing experience. The massage I received was among the best I've ever had. Dining at the hotel was also a delight. The restaurant offered a rich variety of international and local dishes, all freshly prepared and delicious. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a wide range of options to suit every palate. The hotel's location is another major advantage. It's conveniently situated close to major attractions, shopping centers, and public transport, making it easy to explore all that Dubai has to offer. In every aspect--service, comfort, location, and amenities--Palette Royal Reflections Hotel and Spa exceeded my expectations. Budget hotel but Good facilities. The rooms are a bit dated but rooms above level six are renovated. Reception staff is very co- operative. Room cleaning great. Bathroom amenities are in abundance. Considering the price in expensive Dubai, it is value for money. Surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores. Breakfast is passable, rather poor. Did not have time to use the pool. We had executive suite for 3 people.

This property claims to be a 4-star hotel but this is at best a 2-star hotel. Pros: 1. Location is well connected by taxi to most tourist attractions 2. Most of the staff is courteous Cons: 1. Every facility in the hotel is poorly maintained. Dirty, dusty, worn-out or malfunctioning is usual condition of anything in this hotel 2. Noticed flies and cockroaches in my room 3. Housekeeping staff won't clean the room unless specifically asked to do so. As per them, fixing the bedsheet and replacing water bottles is all they should do. 4. The strangest experience was housekeeping staff taking used towels but won't bother giving fresh ones. I had to call reception and ask for towels on several occasions. 5. Gym is nothing more than a joke 6. I tried ordering room-service twice during my stay. No one answered the extension 5007. Definitely a place to be avoided if you are looking for a good hotel stay experience.

THE WORST Hotel Experience of my life . DO NOT BOOK PALETTE ROYAL REFLECTIONS Hotel Dubai. I checked in and was immediately shocked by the condition of the room. There were hairs and visible dirt all over the bed sheets, cockroaches!! it was OBVIOUS they hadn't been changed. I complained and was moved to another room, but it was just as BAD, with stained bedding, dirty floors, and an overall DISGUSTING environment. They offered to move me to their so-called "suite," but even that was filthy I took photos of the bed sheets covered in hair and dirt. I told them it was Impossible for any human to sleep in such conditions. After confronting the manager Mr Kugan, he ADMITTED the hotel had FAILED to meet even the minimum hygiene standards and promised a Full Refund. But after I followed up as instructed through he completely STOPPED RESPONDING. This hotel is a complete disgrace, zero cleanliness, zero professionalism, and zero responsibility. If you value your health, safety, and peace of mind, STAY FAR AWAY from this place. I wouldn't recommend it to ANYONE!

The stay was terrible definitely not what I expected from a 4 star hotel. *Towels had stains. *The tissue holder was rusty. *The sofa was stained. *No fridge in the room. *No smart TV. *Very slow WiFi. *Far from the metro station. *One of the lights was broken only one switch worked. There was construction right in front of the hotel, and the noise would wake you up in the morning and continue all the way until evening. The Tourism Dirham fee was 50 AED, which was shocking. It was the first time I encountered such a high TD charge normally it's 10aed and the highest I've ever paid was 15aed. This is unacceptable. I booked through Agoda mainly because the listing offered early check in, late check out and a free room upgrade. None of these were honored not even the late check out. I specifically chose this hotel because we were arriving late but when we got there, in the morning receptionist claimed the benefits weren't valid. How could it be posted on the Agoda app if it wasn't true? To make it worse, housekeeping kept knocking and insisted we leave. They said if we checked out at 1pm we would be charged extra. PS: The room looked beautiful in the pictures, but the reality was very disappointing.

Extremely Disappointing - Not Worth the Money! I stayed at *Hotel Palette Royal Reflection* expecting a 4-star experience, but honestly, I wouldn't even give it 2 stars. The reality was far worse than advertised. First of all, they charged a hidden **cleaning fee of 35 AED**, which is ridiculous considering the hotel was **dirty, smelly, and clearly not maintained properly**. The **AC in the room was extremely noisy**, making it impossible to sleep peacefully. There was **no proper cleaning at all**, and the **housekeeping staff was painfully slow** to respond to any requests. The **breakfast was a complete joke** - no bread, no eggs, just **three random dishes**, barely enough for a decent meal. I've stayed in budget hotels with better food options. This hotel is falsely advertised as 4-star, but the **service, cleanliness, and facilities are not even up to basic standards**. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and book somewhere else.

I did not like the attitude of the hotel staff or the misleading facility. First of all, we were given the wrong room with no twin bed like we paid for and the room was small. Additionally, they barely changed the sheets and provided us with water. Furthermore, we could not get another room key card for both of us because their system doesn't allow it. The staff are not responsive to your issues and ignore your requests, including one to get us water. I called them 3 times and they assured me they will come but no one did. Avoid at all costs
