Banyan Tree Dubai

Thank you for a LOVELY stay. One night felt like 3 thanks to the attentiveness and warmth of the people who work here. There will always be personal preferences for any property, however here the suite is exceptional, the beach beautiful and the beach and pool were never too crowded unlike other luxury properties they had more than enough day beds, and also had sunscreen and aloe for all!! Which I've never seen anywhere. Beach passes are also available rates differ weekene/weekday! And they have MULTIPLE life guards who are great at their job Improvements: Some cabanas are chargeable which is odd.. in a previous luxury property they have some reserved for room times and some general.. but to charge for all cabanas is strange. Housekeeping sometimes messed up compared to rhe message given to the teleoperator but these things are minor. When handover for the room is done, basic instructions like hairdryer location, in room dining etc needs to be provided. We would definitely be back :) - Biggest thanks to Nadia for her kindness, big heart and humour - was a pleasure meeting you. Banyan Tree Dubai - Exceptional Family Getaway (Again!) This was our second stay at Banyan Tree Dubai, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. From the warm and efficient welcome by Pranju at reception to the outstanding service by Michael at the pool, the staff made our experience truly memorable. The resort is incredibly family-friendly, making it perfect for those traveling with children. The pool area is fantastic, and the food across all the restaurants was excellent. We stayed in the Harmony Ocean Front Master Suite, which impressed us with its elegant design, spacious layout, and luxurious comfort -- absolutely no complaints. We'll definitely be coming back for a third visit -- highly recommended for a relaxing yet upscale stay in Dubai!

My first stay in Dubai was made truly memorable by the Banyan Tree Hotel. From the start, the experience was filled with warmth and luxury. Though there were a few initial hiccups, Nadia went above and beyond to make up for them, and everything after that was flawless. Our oceanfront room was the best I've ever stayed in--spacious, practical, and beautifully designed. The hotel's private beach offered a refreshing breeze and stunning sunset views. A special thanks to Praju at the front desk for the complimentary breakfast and early check-in. Overall, a perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and thoughtful hospitality.

I stayed at the Banyan Tree in Dubai, and it was an incredible experience! The suite was spacious and beautifully designed, with a stunning panoramic view. The hotel truly stands out for its exceptional customer service. A special mention to Roumany at the reception, who was incredibly helpful and informative, guiding us with a smile. The beach was beautiful, the water was very clean, and the food was absolutely amazing. The spa at Banyan Tree Dubai is truly world-class. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed into a serene and luxurious environment. The staff were exceptionally professional and attentive, making sure every detail was perfect. I had one of the most relaxing massages I've ever experienced--calming, thorough, and customized to my needs. The facilities were spotless and beautifully designed, creating a peaceful retreat away from the bustle of the city. It's easily the best spa I've been to, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.

From the moment I arrived, I was blown away -- the service is absolutely exceptional, the view is breathtaking, and the beach feels like a tropical paradise. You forget you're in the middle of Dubai; it's a peaceful, luxurious escape that feels worlds away. Every detail is curated to perfection. It was such an unforgettable experience that I didn't hesitate to book again. Pure magic!

Celebrating my wife's birthday was a first class experience, Khin as a representative of is top class. Our brunch was exquisite, beautifully presented, a fusion of flavours. An all round wonderful experience. We live close by, first time here and without doubt we will be back. |So chilling and relaxed.

Easy pedestrian access to the Dubai Marina is another major plus for those looking to explore on foot.|* Comfortable Bedding: The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with high-quality linens and pillows that made for a restful night's sleep--definitely a standout element of the stay.||Cons:|* Disappointing Messaging System: While the hotel offers WhatsApp communication, the experience felt impersonal and bot-driven, lacking the human touch expected from a five-star service environment.|* Subpar Room Layout: The room design was underwhelming--narrow and awkwardly long. Although the bathroom was spacious overall, the shower area was surprisingly cramped. The toilet setup was impractical, with a poorly positioned paper holder incompatible with the rolls in use. Water pressure in the handheld shower was also weak.|* ALL Member Experience Falls Short: Loyalty recognition for Accor ALL members was limited. Compared to experiences at other Accor properties, the upgrade and elite recognition felt minimal and inconsistent.||Overall:||The Banyan Tree Dubai delivers high-end service and benefits from an excellent location, with special praise for its attentive staff and superb bedding comfort. However, design quirks and impersonal digital communication slightly undercut the overall experience. Still, it's a solid choice for travelers prioritizing service and relaxation.||Would I return? Possibly--with hopes that service personalization and room ergonomics improve in the future.
