I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic the canvas dubai, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze. The lobby was beautifully designed, setting a luxurious tone for my stay. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a stunning view of the city. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. I especially enjoyed the hotel's restaurant, which offered a delicious breakfast buffet and a fantastic dinner menu. Overall, my experience was exceptional, and I would definitely return on my next visit!

We stayed here on a stop over to the UK. The hotel has a strange underground entrance to the hotel for cars, difficult to know where you go if you are a pedestrian. Oh well. Only a small thing. The hotel itself is bright and clean. We had a very warm welcome from the front desk, who upgraded us to a Junior Suite. The room had plenty of space but was a bit tiered in parts, dark brown decor, but everything was in the wrong place. The shower/toilet area had three huge glass doors which was a little bit playing a game by opening one door to open another without banging them together. A bath crammed into the corner with, it has to be said. had a wonderful view of the city. The room was a bit odd and poorly designed. Saying that the bed was comfortable and the room did have everything you needed, it was just not all in the right place. The roof top bar has a great view of the Dubai skyline. A little expensive, but a pleasant place to be. For one drink at least. A good hotel, but would probably look elsewhere.

This hotel is amazing by hospitality. I will highly recommend the hotel. All most all the staff are very friendly and helpful. They always comes with something extra to offer.Specially, i would like to mention one name atikul. His hard work to make my stay comfortable appreciable joyful smile and humble nature make me feel like home.

Overall the place is lovely and the staff I very welcoming, the only things which would be nice if it could change is the food options having more nationalities for the breakfast for example not being limited to Indian food only. I think once a day is fine but having too much everyday is a little mit much. The staff have been so welcoming and just so ready to help with everything. Would love to stay here again but just not book to have the breakfast as its not my cup of tea as someone who is a picky eater. I am from Africa and I can say the food choices have to change. As well as this just adding on I noticed that house keeping from day 1 to 7 was really bad, there were multiple times after room service had left and I would have to still ask for shower gel. The music in the hall room would be so loud it would wake you up from like 7/8 am. I don't think I would be staying here again after my 7 day. The staff have genuinely have been so lovely though I have to say, from the morning to the evening staff lovely lovely people. A big shout out to the life guard, very accommodating and just make he had a smile all the time and would take time to make sure we are all good

We stayed here for 5 nights. We requested early check in but while waiting we had to rush to somewhere midway so we only get to see our room when we back at night. Staffs are pleasant. Parking staffs are great too. Underground parking. There valet parking if you opt for one without charges. Room is perfect. Beautiful and has mordern layout with bathtub. Perfect for couple or family with small kids cuz you can check on them while playing bathtub as there's no wall but glass around it. However, housekeeping staff may forget to top floor mat or towel but that's ok, we just request when needed. Breakfast is main Indian food but all is nice! Staffs are great, friendly and fast. Egg station, you don't have to q, someone will send to your table. First time seeing this service. It's my son's 4th birthday and we were delighted to be surprised with a cake! Enjoyed my time and would love to come back!
