I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Dubai for 10 days, and I can honestly say it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The service was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. But what truly made the difference was the amazing staff--especially Bonaventure from the security team. From day one, he greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel safe and welcome at all times. Bonaventure is not just a security guard--he is a true professional, kind, attentive, and always ready to help. His positive energy and presence were unforgettable. He's THE BEST! Thank you for making our stay even more memorable. We will definitely come back--and we hope Bonaventure will be there to welcome us again!

The location of the Gevora Hotel is definitely one of its best features -- it's centrally situated, making it easy to explore Dubai. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The service was disappointing throughout my stay. The staff seemed uninterested in helping, especially when I asked about an early check-in -- I was met with vague answers and no real assistance. The rooms were not as clean as expected for a hotel of this level; surfaces felt dusty and the bathroom could have been better maintained. If you're assigned a room on one of the higher floors, be prepared to wait. The elevators are incredibly slow -- it took up to 15 minutes just to go up or down during busy times. This became frustrating very quickly. The pool area was also a letdown. It was overcrowded with small children and extremely loud, making it impossible to relax. If you're looking for a peaceful place to unwind, this is not it. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Gevora Hotel unless you're only interested in the location and don't mind compromising on service, cleanliness, and comfort.
I had a wonderful stay. The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The swimming pool was great and the view was amazing. The food was delicious, and a special thanks to Chef Emad for his warm hospitality and tasty recipes. On the downside, the elevator was disappointing with long waiting times. Also, the female receptionist and supervisor were not cooperative and had a poor attitude. All the other staff were fantastic, cheerful, and extremely helpful
An unforgettable stay at the world's tallest hotel! We were fortunate enough to stay at the Gevora Hotel for 10 days at the beginning of this month - and it was simply spectacular! The highlight of our stay was our room on the 71st floor, which offered breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa and the stunning Dubai skyline. During the day, we admired the towering skyscrapers, and at night, we were mesmerized by the sparkling city lights - a sight we will never forget! What made this even more special was that it was not something we had expected. We had only sent a simple email asking if we could get a high-floor room, and to our surprise, they went above and beyond by giving us the highest room available - without any extra charges or conditions. This level of hospitality is truly exceptional and not something you experience every day! The service was outstanding: the staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. A special highlight was the Sahoor a la carte, which was specially offered for fasting guests who couldn't partake in the regular breakfast. The selection was excellent, and every request was accommodated - a wonderful gesture that made our stay even more special. The Gevora Hotel is not only impressive because of its height but also because of its exceptional service and luxurious amenities. If you're looking for an unparalleled view of the Burj Khalifa and a first-class hotel experience in Dubai, this is the place to be! We will definitely be back!
We booked one bedroom suite expecting more space and a higher floor (above 50), but were placed on the 23rd. Only after checking in did we know from the staff that - suites are located below the 40th floor -- apparently, deluxe rooms are on higher levels(I doubt if this is mentioned in their website clearly). We asked if we can switch but were told it wasn't possible since payment was already made through online. Little disappointed with the floor offered though. The sitting area was decently big enough, but the bedroom was surprisingly too small -- barely enough space to fit a baby cot. Cleanliness was below average (photos attached), and honestly, it didn't feel hygienic enough to let our baby crawl around. When we raised this concern with the manager, the response was - "IF YOU WANT we can change your room, but can't guarantee which one, and checkout is at 12pm while check-in for the new room is only at 3pm" So basically if you're hoping to rest in the afternoon, you have to wait till 3pm. Above all, as a feeding mother, I was extremely dehydrated and simply asked for two bottles of water at checkout -- only to be told I had to pay for them. That was the moment I truly understood the kind of "service" this hotel offers. A big round of slow claps to the management for setting such a fine example of how not to treat guests. It's disappointing and honestly quite pathetic to squeeze extra charges out of guests for even the most basic amenities, especially in a city known for luxury and world-class service. The hotel provided good continental breakfast and the chef at live counter is so cool. Location wise accessible to metro stations. But Overall, not worth the hype -- the experience didn't live up to the expectations or the price.
We chose Gevora Hotel for our stay, and overall, I was quite satisfied. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the metro. The service was excellent, the staff was friendly, and our room was cleaned daily. The pool is lovely, and the view is absolutely amazing. We also tried the restaurant on the top floor -- the view from up there was truly breathtaking. The food was quite good as well, but the desserts were underwhelming. There was barely any variety -- you simply can't offer just two types of baklava and call it a dessert selection. That part definitely needs improvement. What I didn't like -- the breakfast was extremely poor. There was barely any variety, and the quality was very low. If you're considering including breakfast with your stay -- don't. It's really not worth it. Another major downside was the elevator situation. It seriously needs improvement. The wait times were incredibly long, people were crowding around, and the elevator would stop on every floor -- even when no one was getting on or off. The system clearly needs to be optimized or replaced altogether. That said, despite these shortcomings, I would still recommend Gevora Hotel -- especially for its location, service, and views.
We stayed one night at Gevora Hotel, Dubai. The room was comfortable and the view from our room was quite impressive. However, the experience was slightly impacted by a few things. The window glass was quite dirty, which unfortunately took away from the otherwise beautiful view. Also, the welcoming experience could have been better--it felt a bit underwhelming compared to the standard we expected. Overall, it's a decent place for a short stay, but there's room for improvement in terms of hospitality and maintenance.
My stay at Gevora Hotel in April 2025 was absolutely spectacular! As the world's tallest hotel, it delivers breathtaking panoramic views of Dubai's skyline, with Burj Khalifa and the city lights stealing the show from my high-floor room. The rooftop pool is a must-visit--perfect for relaxing or snapping stunning photos with iconic landmarks in the background. The location on Sheikh Zayed Road is fantastic, just steps from the metro and a short drive to Dubai Mall and other attractions. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze and offering great recommendations for nearby dining. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with everything you need for a memorable stay. I loved the modern vibe and the unique experience of staying in such an iconic building. Highly recommend Gevora for anyone wanting a luxurious, sky-high adventure in Dubai!
