superb hotell not so far from the metro station, lobby has a very elegant look with sparkling chandeliers! the facilities are maintained well including the restrooms. rooms are quite old but still gives you that arabesque feels. Room cleaning services area great keeping my room clean and neat, we had lot of fun staying here

it was a very beautiful place to stay! I came from a long flight and I arrived early and wasn't expecting to get a room but to my surprise there is already a room waiting for me. the rooms was lovely, clean and the pillows are really comfy! they have a good brand of tea especially their English breakfast tea, the swimming pool is a must try! love it in here

compare to other hotels, the service here is top notch. From the valet service to the rooms all the crew members are professional! they give us suite with the view of the city and it was amazing. it was always clean thanks to the cleaners who comes by daily and make sure we have all the items essentials are replaced. ill be in this hotel again in my next visit!

This is an ideal hotel for couples visiting Dubai. Well located, good value, wonderful spacious room, fabulous breakfast, and most importantly, a well trained, friendly, and professional staff in all areas. The pool and lying out areas were far better than I expected. The staff and the breakfast are the stand outs but it is great at all levels.

We visited the restaurant as a family of 4. our kids ( 7 and 3 year old) enjoyed it to the max, especially their sweets as they had s'mores and it was delicious |My husband and I were surprised with the variety, quality, and taste of the food, everything was fantastic. Definitely will visit again.

We stayed at the H Dubai for 5 days with kids and we have a wonderful time. Breakfast at 'Eat and meat' had lots of selection and Osama and the rest of the staff at the restaurant took really good care of us. We stayed at a suite with 2 washrooms and a washer dryer that was very helpful during the stay. The hotel was impeccably clean and the great room service was prompt and on point. The hotel is located in the heart of downtown and close to number of attractions and restaurants. Overall highly recommended.

we had fun in the H Dubail concierge staffs are very helpful, giving suggestions to which best places we can visit! and also the housekeeping staff, service is very prompt and cleans efficiently, so many restaurants nearby if you want to experience different cuisines, hope we can come back again.
