Wonderful hotel on the Palm! I really enjoyed the private beach -- clean, well-maintained, with comfortable sun loungers and a stunning view of the bay. The restaurant on the hotel grounds also left a great impression: diverse menu, delicious food, and attentive staff. Overall, the service was excellent -- the staff were polite and always ready to help. A perfect place for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The hospitality was beyond expectations -- warm, welcoming, and genuine. The food was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, and there was more than enough for everyone. The games and activities were super fun and brought so much energy to the whole experience. Very nice hotel. Family friendly. We love spending our weekends there. Breakfast is great and service is excellent. Erica from Brunello is always so kind and attentive to my little daughter. Pool is great! Abdul from pool area is always very helpful.

Excellent Family vacation at this hotel! The team is excellent, starting with the concierge with Rahman and the Lady in Red Milena. The rooms were always clean thanks to Lucy an Noman and Naresh and Muhammad Ikram! The breakfast was nice with fresh fruits, lots of different bread, cheese and whatever you wish. Erica and Chris from the breakfast team were so kind and always there to make our breakfast the best start we could imagine. Our waiters at the beach and the pool did the best job, always with a smile at 30 degrees! We will return to this hotel as soon as possible!!!

I visited Kempinski hotel for a pool day and I really loved it. All the food was so fresh and just delicious. The ambiance of the pool is exceptional. I loved the music and beautiful decor. What is more the staff is really friendly, and customer oriented what together with delicious meals and beautiful views make the experience unforgettable.

Today I went to amazing pool, beach and restaurant in the best Kempinski Palm hotel. Very classy high quality amazing relaxing place with a very tasty food and drinks. Followed by good service, prime location, free valet parking. Just love it for family or classy crowd.
