Raj Villa

Hi all plz spare 2min to read this review before choosing this hotel.this hotel called as Raj villa and also called as hotel neu villa.2 days before we visited this hotel and i couldn't even give 0 points if there is minus 0 I will go for it.such a pathetic hotel and service I have ever seen. I have stayed in more that 50 hotels but no where I got such a pathetic service. Auto person will show you this hotel don't choose it. While entering itself the front office persons will laugh at you like teasing you and they will ask for full payment and we payed it also. Then TV was not working, No HOT WATER provided rooms was ok but cleanliness was pathetic. Especially I want to add this point more than anything service was utterly waste. 2 idiot front office persons were there who used to behave in a very very rude manner. when we asked about hot water they are telling like sorry our hot water plant is not working.and we can't refund or can't give any offer to you if u want hot water then you can go to other hotels. They are cheaters and when we asked for half lit water bottle they gave us 2 lit bottle and told us to pay where as already our luggages are full for flight and can't add it so we kept it there for that the hotel person is comming out andin a loud voice calling me as cheater. In front of all roadside people.being a girl I was so embarressed. Such a rude behaviour hotel persons I have ever seen in my entire Life. Plz don't choose this hotel without checking the review.

Had a very bad experience... Worst hotel visited. Service is very bad and staff is very rude. A big NO!!! Please dont visit this hotel you can get a good hotel in a good price nearby this hotel.

I recently visited this hotel Raj Villa Paharganj in delhi. The staff really fooled us. They were very rude. Mannerless people. Hotel was worst in appearance..dirty toilet ..dirty rooms. ..no towels. T.V. was not in a working condition. They had purposely off the A.C. for one day. When we gave for cleaning room they just made the bedsheets properly n folded..that's it..worst management. No food..and the room was stinking very badly. Charges are too high. They dont stick to the words. There were difference in charges when we booked the room and check out the room. The bill at the end shocked us after having so many complaints too. We made a mistake to pay the full amounts on the first day itself by seeing the hotel. But later fooled...

The Worst Hotel & Service & Hospitality ever I seen ... The behavior of Management & the Staff is so rude & pathetic.... Don't book this hotel ... You will get so many other Hotels near to this area... When You go there for Payment and choose card payment then they will say GST % will be extra & demand to pay in Cash.... And while check out time they will demand more money as a Extra Charges ! The construction work noise will disturb you the full day & you will not able to sleep / Take rest in Day Time. Unprofessional behavior of Managers & staff which is the biggest negative part of this Hotel ! Plz Plz Plz don't book this hotel either for family/ or Business Trip

See the room first before checking in. Check the wash room also for the medium budget. They provide you service according to your room rent. They have a very good thing that they have problems in their room but if you inform them then they will solve it quickly. For low/medium budget rooms they don't provide bottled water.

I stayed there but it's totally waste of time and money I don't recommend to anyone to stay there because there are lot's of problems in room like tv is not working and washroom is very unhygienic and also their staff is so rude... 000 hospitality...

We forget our airpod worth Rs:22k in the room while we checkout the room and I am 100% sure it's in the room bcoz I remember I have seen it in the room 10 mins before leaving room . So I just called the hotel number within 15 mins after leaving room . But they refuse to give it back by saying it was not there .Still I can see the location of it roaming around nearby the hotel .

This hotel has 2 names Raj villa and hotel neu villa ,Last week we visited this hotel and I could tell it as a very very pathetic and disappointed moment I have ever felt, In front office there are 2 fools who are waiting to fool you No hot water,TV not working, dirty rooms, no food no cleanliness etc service people was very very rude We couldn't change the room become they have full payment rule while checking in the hotel Don't ever choose this room then you also will be fooled there are some 3 to 4 cheaters will be sitting in the front office so if u go and tell any complaint all 4 will join together and fight with u and they are even ready to beat you Such a pathetic service.
