Novotel New Delhi Aerocity

Had a great stay at Novotel! The location was perfect--close to attractions and public transport. My room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and made me feel very welcome. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the on-site restaurant had some great options too. There was a bit of street noise at night, but it didn't bother me much. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend.

The rooms are good and comfortable. The bed, air conditioner and overall cleanliness good. The check in experience was fast. The dinner menu is good and the food was well prepared. 24/7 resto bar is a good place to spend irrespective of the flight timing. The breakfast spread is good and good service. Mr. Sachin Sangwan took good care of us. Overall a good experience.

What a wonderful experience. Welcomed in by Gaurav with excellent service to accommodate us in our short stay. We moved into Quoin bar where our host Esha was just amazing. Make sure you grab her for excellent service, attention and her friendly approach to amazing service. The venue itself is wonderful and clean, modern and very comfortable in this area of India that you really wouldn't expect. Be sure to stay here when on a stay in Delhi where you need the comfort of the western world in the heart of Delhi and close and convenient to the airport

Comfortable stay at The Novotel. Check in team was efficient and accommodating. Rooms are well appointed and clean. Location is a plus - a short driving distance to / from the airport which was great for our short transit. Breakfast was well prepared and a great spread. Wait staff was attentive with a special call out to Risharb who ensured we were well taken cared of.

The staffs are very friendly and very helpful. Thank you Novotel hotel for good care just like a home from home. The room is clean and bathroom is hygienic. Guest service is highly recommend. I am met with mr ajeet and he advised me on dinning spots around the hotel again thank you so much mr. Ajeet for guidance and clean the room.
