We had a wonderful experience for my daughter's wedding reception and haldi. The food was truly amazing and loved by everyone. The layout, surroundings , decor and hospitality was top class. A big thank you to the entire team and particularly to Sheetu and Mr Gulati for taking care of all our needs and going out of their way to help us at every step. I highly recommend Lutyens.

We hosted a wedding reception on 1st March, 2025 on the Terrace of Lutyens. The sales team is thoroughly professional led by Ms. Sheetu understands the needs of the clients and they took special care and concern about the event as it could have rained on that day. Mr Sanjay Gulati, F& B, Manager and his team did a great job by meeting all our requirements such as less oily and medium spicy food, good bar service and the layout of the dishes. I will highly recommend Lutyens for holding banquets.

An excellent Hotel with excellent services. The hotel's ambience is very beautiful at a prime location on MG Road. The hospitality was outstanding and staff was courteous enough to ensure a perfect experience. Foos was amazing |Really impressive and kudos to the Lutyens team.

I arranged Tilak and Ring ceremony at the venue on 21st Feb 25. About the event, it was splendid with excellent Management under Shri Sanjay Gulati supervision. He personally take pain just as the event is his daughter marriage. Food was excellent, specially grilled fish and mutton. Would luv to come back for more events.

Earlier this month I hosted my younger daughter's wedding ceremony at this venue. It was a tried and tested venue for me as 10 years back my elder daughter too got married at the same place. Considering the excellent experience I had last time, in terms of overall ambience and quality of food, besides the majestic location the venue has, this time the overall experience was not that good. There was something terribly wrong with the desserts served. Foul smell was emanating from Fruit Gateaux, while the Phirni served had a burnt smell. These facts were immediately brought into the notice of the managers, who themselves tasted the items in question and agreed to what we said. However that was not the end of it. In the next 2 days at least 15 members from our immediate family and friends circle fell to severe bout of gastroenteritis, resulting in diarrohea and continuous vomiting. Since these were the people with whom we are in regular contact and they immediately informed us about their plight, its difficult to imagine what would be the total number of guests impacted by this unsavory happening. The entire amount was paid in advance, as per their payment terms and now at this juncture we can only hope the management investigates this matter in the right earnest and take suitable action against the people responsible. With so many of our guests suffering due to food poisoning, it is indeed a matter of great concern for us and it should be the same for the Lutyens' management too.

My niece got married at this location a few days ago.....Giving 4 stars for food and location....the booking process was very rigid and taxing on the mind....will give 2 star out of 5....you spend so much money and yet they won't do an addition of even 5,000 rupees unless you transfer the amount before....the service staff was rude, will give 2 star out of 5....I asked for french fries (they were already making honey chilly potato) for kids and I was told its not in the menu, later they prepared it when I was about to lose my patience. They kept pushing me to fill the feedback form even before the function was over so I just wrote anything to stop them disturbing me......they kept pushing me to give them the tip before the pheras.....once I paid the tip (which was pretty generous, which they themselves admitted) during pheras the remaining service staff left without serving the coffee to the guests. I was using the restroom after the vidahi but they locked the restroom without even checking that I was inside. Take every charges (dj, screens, decoration, lawn, etc etc) in writing even while taking a quote from them and double check when booking.....don't trust their word. If you can handle the rigidity of the booking process and rudeness of the staff considering the food and location is good then go for it else Paise Deke Tension Na Lein.
