5 star hotel in a budget price. The location is central so easy access to all the city attractions. The cleanliness and service staff are all good. But the hotel amenities provided were not enough. The taps, bathtubs were a bit old and not working properly. The breakfast was pretty good but the non vegetarian options were less.

The stay was comfortable and perfectly suited for a business trip. The property offered all the necessary conveniences. The environment was peaceful and relaxing, allowing for both focused work and restful downtime. Overall, it provided an ideal balance of comfort and functionality for a professional traveler.

Amazing stay! Amazing Food! Amazing Staff support! I forgot one of my very expensive Shirt in my room. The very next day I got a call from the lost and found department by - Ms. Khusbu. She made sure that it should reach me safely, through first information call till it reached me at my place. I recommend this Hotel. Thank you!

I had a fantastic stay in March ! The room was good especially thanx to prateek and Shivani the staff were incredibly friendly, and the spa services were top-notch. The only downside was the limited breakfast options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for your next travel adventure!"

I had a great stay here but disappointed with service at reception. Didn't get my invoices of food & stay even after 35 hrs of my checkout. Checked out yesterday from Room no 328. It's the only 5 star property who denies for bill when you book through online portals like Agoda. Even they are not bothered to give you your food bills

Extremely Disappointing Stay - Not Recommended I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay at this hotel. Firstly, I was provided with the wrong room at check-in, which was already a bad start. I had an important meeting that went on until 4 AM, and when I tried to rest afterward, there was loud construction work happening on the upper floor. Despite my repeated complaints, the staff took no action, and the noise only got worse. The staff was extremely impolite and showed no concern for guest comfort. The level of hospitality was close to zero. Overall, this hotel completely failed to meet basic expectations. I highly do not recommend staying here - save your money and choose a better place.
