Hotel The Ventus By Hotel Vegas - A Boutique Hotel @ Delhi Airport ( Group of Anvi Hotels )

Booked through their own website. Called to confirm if my booking is there and it won't be cancelled. And then the day I was arriving, on that day around 12:30 AM they, silently cancel the booking and sent me a mail. Bunch of idiots. I called to check what happened, they say they no longer accept booking from their own website. Amazing people. Now looking for another hotel on my way to this one.

I had an amazing stay at Ventus Hotel! The property is conveniently located right next to the highway, making it easy to access. The rooms were super clean, and the food we ordered was absolutely delicious. The front desk staff was exceptional--very helpful, polite, and always ready to assist. The only drawback was that the rooms felt a little worn out, but that didn't take away from the overall great experience. I would definitely visit again!

Average stay. The hotel is inside narrow lanes. Just liked the room size was ok for 2 people, though I was single, other than that the sink in the washroom was leaking, tabs, hand shower other fittings in the washroom were dirty and had rust on it. Door lock was of poor quality; it was not getting locked from outside I had to call the staff to lock whenever I went out and from inside also had issues. Food in their own restaurant was too expensive, I ordered Dal Khichdi though quantity was good, I could not finish full, so I requested them to kindly pack the remaining for me as I had train, he said no he can't do as they do not do parcel thing plus he does not have any container or food polythin to pack. I told them he is running restaurant and it is ok if you do not parcel but atleast for such things where food is remaining you should have some containers in buffer to pack for such guests, he started to give useless reasons and asked me why I am getting hyper infact I was just giving my feedback as I never saw any such hotel in my life who do not have food packing containers I stayed in many many hotels but saw this for the 1st time. Just a feedback if you want to grow in this industry better to accept feedback, work on your mistakes and have packing containers for future for such cases atleast, you will not grow by defending yourself and arguing with customers. I will never book here again.

Pathetic hotel. We have stayed in 6 rooms in the hotel. Bathrooms are clogged in all rooms and pipes are broken in some rooms. Bathroom walls and accessories have stains and are disgusting. All the accessories are rusted . Washbasin was broken in one room , toilet was leaking in another and no hot water available in third. Walls are very dirty. It is opposite to a godown and if you get rooms in that side you wont be able to sleep also as there will be loading unloading in godown. Towels given have stains and are very old and many hotels use better quality towels as doormat The photos shown are all fake. There are many fake reviews also as no one can give 5 rating to this hotel

First of all Nice and not compact room. Smelling nice. Sufficient bathroom. Problem with my room was that window was in corridor and curtain quality was not that good. Secondly all lights switches were near door not next to our bed. Rest overall its was little but nice stay.

Nice place for staying food and staff was so good rooms are very neet nd clean

The stay was okay but the room they put us in was absolutely disgusting and looked nothing like the pictures. Eventually the staff agreed to let us change rooms, but they tried to upcharge us! Perhaps the worst thing for me is that the check in staff took my phone and somehow left themselves an exceptional review on my booking.com account - it is completely false and so dishonest. I confronted the staff about this but they didn't seem to care at all.

Rooms and Washrooms were fully cleaned. Very co- operative staffs and cab driver. A nice Hotel in economical charges near to Delhi Airport.
