HOTEL RANGOLI

This was a totally good experience. Staff behaviour is also very good, politeness with a supportive environment. I have stayed with family and feel secure during my booking period. The location is also a great cause of the nearby metro station Rajendra Palace within walking distance. The room is clean and the food is very yummy

This is a third class hotel. The management is a fraud as they provide wrong information about the property and add fake bills to the customer. I booked this hotel through Make My Trip for a single day. I was along with my aged mother and we had appointments at a hospital nearby so we were looking for a hotel with a lift. We zeroed it down to Hotel Rangoli as they mentioned everywhere on online travel aggregators and Google that the property has a lift. This property is G+3 but still there's no lift and they lie about it on online travel portals. Apart from this fact, another issue that I faced is that a fake food bill was added to my room when I was out for appointments. I asked them about the receipt of the signed bill but they couldn't produce any signed bill. I further suggested them to check the CCTV footage which will substantiate my statement. Please don't go along with the good reviews as I assumed the same and booked this hotel. The good reviews seem to be rigged.

Excellent service, rent reasonable. Food and breakfast is excellent. Nearest as wakable distance from rajendra place metro station

This is a great place for short and long stays. 'Ive been coming here for over 8 years. The staff is courteous and welcoming, the hotel is neat and clean. Lot of good places to eat close by and very close to the metro. Thumbs up to Sunil, kishan and the front desk team for the hospitality. Definitely recommend this place.

Worst experience Room are too small and not worth the money. The waiters are good but the receptionist are completely careless and annoying. Save your time,money and value don't go here.
