FabHotel GK Residency - Hotel Near Tuglakabad Railway Station, New Delhi

1. Blankets were dirty. 2. No floor mat near Toilet entrance was provided. Floor was slippery and to manage without slipping down with wet legs & at 10deg Celcius. 3. Cleaning was not done. When I asked them to clean I was what is the problem. Despite asking them many times only they sent a person for cleaning.

Lack of cleanliness & extremely poor service. Very Very Rude Staff, doesn't know how to talk to guests. Rooms full of Cockroaches & Rats, whereas Staff doesn't respond to remove the unhygienic conditions. BOOKED BECAUSE IT WAS CLOSE TO DR KARNI SINGH SHOOTING RANGE, BUT TURNED OUT MY WORST NIGHTMARE.

I'm not happy with the service for several reasons: 1. There was no telephone in the room to contact reception. We had to go directly to request anything, even though the booking site mentioned that rooms included a telephone, towels, bath soap, etc. The reality was different. 2. I booked a deluxe room with breakfast included, but at checkout, I received a bill that included charges for breakfast. I specifically selected a room that stated breakfast was included. 3. We also had to pay for water. 4. The biggest issue was the long wait time for food. Once we ordered breakfast or dinner, we had to wait up to an hour, and even then, we had to remind them every 30 minutes to receive our order. Overall, this experience was very disappointing.

Dirty rooms filled with dust and spider webs and dirty linens. No towels, hand towels or foot mat provided. Paid for breakfast and still they were adamant on not providing it. After a lot of discussion all they could provide was alloo paratha with pickle and charged me 50/- Rs. for a small bowl of curd. Will never recommend it to any one.

Hopeless service, untidy rooms, not recommended for family stay, no room service, no basic amenities like soap, towel, irresponsible attitude of attender. Worst experience of stay. Not recommended for even a day

Never book this hotel through Fab hotel. Book it directly. You will get a much better price. The tarrif is 1000 but through Fab it's 1500. And lots of lies. Ther is no lift, rude behaviour and unprofessional staff. The hotel is amidst a waste dump the location is remote and horrible.

I had a booking through fab hotels app and the reviews were good but once I reached the location the area was remote and felt very unsafe, I'll recommend don't book online pay at the hotel inspecting the site first. We wasted our money,but you should not. Great day!

Rooms are new and clean.but AC and Gyser was not working.after fighting They made AC to work.No lift in the Hotel.No helper also to carry suit case to 2 nd floor.
