One of the most terrible experience with a hotel i had in Chattarpur area. Unprofessional service and lack of facilities and the property was poorly managed and maintained. *Facilities - No Elevator availability so i would not prefer it for families or aged people. I had to walk up and down from the 4th floor lots of times to get my food , water and snacks and it was quite frustrating. There was shortage of staff & they did not provide any drinking water to the room . *Rooms - Poorly maintained rooms with clear signs of seepage from the walls , the BATHROOMS were unhygienic and their locks didn't work , the room was filled with mosquitoes and we were not provided with anything to get rid of them . *Experience- I checked in at about 8pm to host my friends , they closed the gates at around 10pm and i had to call the staff several times and request them to open the gates as my food /water and toiletry supplies were being delivered throughout the night . I will not prefer anyone to stay in this property even if this one is their last resort. For the amount they charge, better to look elsewhere and avoid hotels in this area.

Best value for money hotel, service is good and fast, every issue sorted within 5 mins. Great value for money. One area where it can improve is the sanitation and cleanliness of rooms and the bathroom. Else everything great. Kudos
Starting from check in, very delayed response, cleanliness of room and bathrooms was poorest, poor water supply in bathrooms, ac without remotes, no towels, they are running the hotel for time pass only. No sincerity to address the issues raised by guests. Only thing for which staff is punctual that "give your complete payment" nothing else. |Furniture is rooms is "jugaad" flooring of bathrooms is screaming to change it, fabric over beds is as dirty as not cleaned since purchase, in a fresh check in room there were buts of cigarette, dirtt bed sheets, no soaps, no towels no proper water supply in bathrooms. ||Actually it was a horrible experience, will not suggest anyone to stay.
I can't go to the hotel because of the confusion ing directions
never have i nor my family has spent such a disgusting at a hotel!! we were supposed to spend our short stay in delhi without a headache but well guess what? the moment we entered our room the walls were damp, moist and damaged and not only did they smell foul they gave bugs and moulds a perfect environment to thrive (which were actually present on the pillows).the bathroom looked as if it wasnt used in months, filled with spider webs and choked taps. the floor had masses of hair scattered + it was clear the bedsheets hadn't been changed since the last stay!! we could observe only 3 people working as staff and consequently the services were not provided as well (no towels, no soaps and absolutely no bottled water). when complained the RESPONSES NEVER CAME infact they uttered lies to mask themselves!we were extremely disappointed. (a peice of info: the images uploaded on google are years old and NOT MATCH with the real mess at all!!)
We had a wonderful time for a team building one day trip to Anantkoti Hotel. It was very nice experience. When we reached hotel I was quite skeptical about the quality of stay & experience looking at entrance ambience but I was wrong & our program went extremely well. Staff was very cooperative. Management is also keen to help if required on any matter. Overall very nice experience. My family also enjoyed a lot & was very happy too.
Thought we were safe with the number of good reviews but it was a poor experience all round. Firstly, they attempted to slap us with a 600 rupees charge for the 'gvt form' on check in. Luckily, we have already been in India a month and knew this was a complete scam, so outright refused. Secondly, the 'deluxe room' is subpar quality. The walls had plenty of marks, evidently not cleaned in many areas but was just about passable for a one night stay. Thirdly, we had paid for included breakfast and was called at 11:30pm asking when we wanted our breakfast and what did we want. This is not an appropriate time to call whatsoever, and unfortunately the English was not clear enough, so we could barely understand each other. The breakfast ended up being 3 pieces of cold toast and a coffee so sweet, I could hardly taste the coffee flavour. Would I recommend this place to anyone? Absolutely not. We have stayed in other places that are half the price and twice the quality in India.
Property is worth praising because of amenities, cleanliness, decoration, customer service and more. Food quality and breakfast is good. Room tariff is economical. Once you visit here, you would love to revisit again. Should you compare this hotel to any similar property, you would find interior designing at its best. I would recommend this hotel to all travellers.
